We received our trampoline in 2 boxes on a euro-pallet, both boxes in an good shape not destroyed. As the trampoline is a Christmas gift we didn’t open them yet. Delivery was quick after ordering.

I bought a premium in-ground trampoline from this company and had it installed by a professional gardener. They followed all of the instructions and made sure the trampoline was level. Within 9 months of purchase the hooks that connect the sprints to the mat just started to snap. My kids would be jumping on it and the hook on the frame side would just snap. Never seen this from metal before, but they would snap like an actual twig.
Called the customer service and they sent replacement springs but that didn't fix the problem. After a while the mat itself developed two tears from the strain. Called customer service again and they said that they couldn't fix it and that I would need to buy a new mat. After doing so springs kept snapping and now Etan is telling me the installation was done improperly and that I should just buy a new unit (for 1,000 Euro!!). They won't refund the now useless mat either, eventhough they were the ones who advised me to buy it.
Worthless product and worthless customer service! Be careful with this brand, I don't even want to think about what would have happened if a spring had snapped and hurt my children or if the tears would have formed under their feet. Absolutely horrendous, avoid at all costs.

I purchased a premium flat 10ft trampoline- all was fine with ordering and delivery process but now getting it installed- and discover that the jumping mat is see through and the pit is completely visible through it. Similar to a 10 denier pair of tights. It looks so awful I could cry. I had deliberately purchased a flat ground trampoline with a view to it being an attractive garden feature in a very expensive garden renovation project and have had paving installed in a semi circle to make a feature of the trampoline. Customer service advised that ‘the product page shows it both in the description and in photos’ which it does not- it shows and example of the fabric being mesh alright but in all the photos of the finished product it looks opaque. They also said that ‘our advice is always to install root canvas in the pit’ (this is not written in the instructions that came with the trampoline) and fine, I can do that but given how see through the mat is the root canvas will be clearly visible which while an improvement on how it is currently, is not what I would have wanted. Having seen many inground trampolines in playgrounds etc I have never before seen one with a jumping mat that you can see through so I am not sold on the explanation I was given that this is necessary for airflow. The photos of the product are incredibly deceptive. As a small aside I was also missing three springs which customer service to their credit are immediately sending out. I imagine the trampoline itself will be perfectly functional and fun for the kids but I would advise anyone to avoid buying this product unless you don’t mind looking at a big hole in your garden. I would advise Etan to make it very clear to customers that this is how it will look. I did not buy this on a whim and did a lot of research and nowhere did I see any warning that I could expect the hole under the trampoline to be fully visible after installation.

Overall, the quality of the Etan trampoline is decent, but I wouldn’t say it stands out as top-of-the-range. I’ve only recently purchased it, so I can't yet comment on long-term durability compared to other brands.
What I did find frustrating was the shipping experience. The trampoline arrived missing some essential spare parts, which required me to email, send photos, and explain the issue — something that should have been avoided with better quality control at the factory. While the missing parts were eventually sent in a follow-up shipment, I suspect this is not a one-off issue and points to insufficient checks before dispatching customer orders.
Additionally, I would recommend that the distributor improve their shipping terms. In 2025, receiving a shipment without any delivery window or tracking visibility is quite outdated and inconvenient.
In summary: the product is fine, but there’s room for improvement in both quality assurance and logistics.

Deeply disappointed as I wanted to order a product made in Europe as described on ETAN website. Now it turned out to be made in china. This is fraud.

Replacement parts readily available for our trampoline, though quite some years old (and in use :°)
Smooth and fast delivery, clear communication.

I bought the Etan Premium 305cm trampoline.
it's a great quality trampoline. Very robust. It's a heavy frame.
The only difficulty was the top round metal circle (top of safety net), you have to shift those frame through the net tunnel holes, this is best done on floor before moving the safety net and poles onto the trampoline.
Another item I did not find were the red marked holes in the ring frame where the 4 RED initial triangles had to be connected. According to videos these should have been marked in red, but this was not the case on my frames.
Nevertheless I could calculate the initial positions myself on the frame, It just took a litte bit longer.
The trampoline included a staircase which is slightly too long (for 90cm height trampolines) and the plastic foot slides are not so good angle positioned.
My daughter is very happy with this trampoline. It jumps great with it's longer springs. It also can take a high user weight. 150kg according to specs.
I was willing to pay more for this manufactured in Europe with high quality standards and hopefully longer lifetime. Was delivered free very quickly from NL.
Comes in 3 big carton boxes and 3 small boxes of springs.
Protective pads were already inserted in the outer circle PVC flaps. They are very thick and very well protective.
Size was great (305cm), thought afterwards I better bought the 360cm one, but this one is already very big and has a lot of space on it.
I can really advise this trampoline.

I needed a spare part but was not 100% sure what is needed. The customer service helped me straight away with friendly and very useful advice.
Also the spare part arrived very quickly after two days.
