Everything went wrong with Esty as far as I was concerned! Was ripped off from a company that sells on their platform.

RIPPED ME OFF FOR NEARLY £400
I shop online, this is the first time the two weeks if you're not satisfied you could send it back for full refund was not honoured by "the American gold store"
Found out after I gave the little scammer man from the above store in India. Scam capital of the world! The ring was cloudy nothing like the photo on his line shop. Right away I asked for my money back he kept stalling he didn't want to give me back my £400! A 70-year-old pensioner with many pain disabilities. Went to Esty for their help. They refused to help. I've had to go to the bank now to try to get my money back. Esty will not let you complain to Bank and do a case at the same time. matter of fact, if I complain to my bank, Esty would not have opened up this case to get my money back. I still have three days where I am within my right to ask for full refund if I'm not happy. They wouldn't honour this. I wouldn't buy anything from the above shop, or From Esty ever again for them letting this happen to me. I stay quite clear of guaranteeing that you won't lose your money even if it's within the two weeks return policy! Save yourself some money and heartache.

Warning to anyone opening a new Etsy shop: they say they’ll place a “temporary hold” on your card to verify your account — but then it becomes a real $29 permanent, non‑refundable fee. No clear warning, very deceptive business practice. I’m disputing the charge with my credit card and filing a complaint with my Attorney General. Others should be aware before signing up! #Etsy #SellerBeware

Bought a smartwatch that was advertised false! Many things didnt work on it. Contacted the company, and they took very long time to answer and help me! Thats the first warning sign. When they couldnt help me, they first tried to give me some percentage bonus in their shop, and finally a partial refund. When I accepted, the clock suddenly stopped working! Its fake, false and they know it. Otherwise they would and should offer me a new watch. Never ever buy anything here!

I ordered some earrings for my wife and they arrived today.They are great.
I ordered them on Esty and the company Gorgina Design replied to all my queries they took a little longer to come obviously because of the amount of parcels for Christmas.I would definitely order from Gorgina Designs again, as the service was excellent and the product as described on her wed site.

Jasmine jaswonder I purchased from this store in march 2 duffle bags with the word pink on them the owner scammed me and a few others out of money saying it was in transit and also said they was pressuring the the postal service how about I go and track my items their still not in transit I purchased them in march this is may hes refusing to give me my money back he or she and others that brought from him and never received their items please dont buy from or support his business their scammers and nickel and diming people being manipulative

I was scammed out of £200.1 for a worthless metal pendant. It is even rigged so I can't leave a review to worn other people.
That's how esty make money is to scam.
This seller buys items from ALIEXPRESS Chinese wholesalers and sells the items on his listing on saying handmade solid silver

I love this online store so original and great customer service I have bought patterns , zips, jewellery and handbag straps
I have NEVER been dissatisfied

Warning this website have scammers. I got scammed out of over $100 and the customer service didn't even want to assist me they just kept sending me letters saying problem was solved. I do not recommend this site for anyone! You want your money don't use it.Sorry Esty people need to know this site not guaranteed like it says it is.

AVOID. so this company sent me an item after waiting over 2 months that was nothing like the picture. They then proceeded to make me jump through hoop and after hoop to prove I deserved a refund (including picturing the plastic bag it came in) they then decided as it was a “popular product” I wouldn’t get a refund but could give it to a “neighbour or friend” I’d like to keep my friends thanks.

They are selling on Facebook ads under loads of different names so if you see products similar, I’d avoid that company too. Awful.

Do not buy.

Do not buy from this company. They are lying to you, sending cheap ugly fake copies of clothing that they have stolen from someone elses websites. The clothes are nothing like the pictures! They are even pretending to be ETSY!

I can across them on a dang fb add! They got me.. So spent $200 on clothes and was all excited. Well everything started off good until I got this tracking number that didn’t work, then an email saying they were out of stock of some of my items so it would come in 2 packages. So I got another tracking number that doesn’t work.. It’s been 6 weeks and I’ve repeatedly emailed and gotten non relevant auto replies. Pretty much positive this website is a scam and I’m out $200.. stupid fb adds..

Total scam operation. They are NOT Etsy, which is a legitimate vendor. This is a scam operation.

Just like Beyondking, Interestingsoul, Powerlifee, Thewocra and many more advertising on Facebook, Esty-shop is an utter scam.
These shops do NOT make any of the clothes featured on their websites. ALL the photos have been stolen from indie designers from around the world. It is disgraceful that they are allowed to continue advertising on Facebook despite many people contacting Facebook to inform of this situation.
