Poor service, ordered an item which was supposed to be delivered on the 22nd January. DHL tracking says the item is still in Italy on the 31st January. Emailed customer service and just got a generic response and nothing of any use. Still waiting for an item that I’ve paid around £250 for… terrible service and probably they should think about using a competent courier

I already try to contact customer support by direct message in internet store, more than 10 messages and they don’t answer me, I already buy a lot of items and now that I make a mistake and I want to send back a item, they don’t answer me nothing

Ordered some gun accessories from the eStore. Delivery was very fast including door-to-door visibility. Customer support answered fast, friendly and helpful when I had some questions concerning spare parts for my gun on another occasion.

Miscommunication from Beretta and DHL. Ended up paying £32.71 in import taxes which Beretta said should have been covered by them, but because I’d already paid (on the advice of DHL) they were unable to refund me, only give me credit to use on their website. So not only have I got to purchase something else from the estore to get my ‘money’ back, I’ll also have to pay another delivery charge, so I’ll be out of pocket further. A partial refund through PayPal could have been issued. Disappointing service.

Get no action from Beretta after they delivered a defunct choke. Been on it for over two months now and cannot use my gun anymore in the meantime.

Beretta Eu is not aswering mails at all. Sako in Finland cannot even tell if they are getting any RDO pistols to Finland next year! Seems like Beretta is not selling RDO pistols to Northern Europe next year. I will carry my money to somewhere else. Maybe CZ.

I bought a pair of mens hunting Multiaction Pants GTX, waterproof and breathable. On my first occassion wearing these in the wet they let the water in, they are most definitely not waterproof as advertised.
I have written to Beretta 3 times now and they have failed to reply, this is not acceptable. I have purchased a number of products over the past 3-4 years and would expect better service from this brand.
Beretta do not publish honest reviews on their webstore pages unless they are positive.
Beretta are lying when they say that they contacted me, no email received as claimed, no facebook/messenger reply, no response to their online contact form.
Paypal have refused my claim even although Beretta goods are not as advertised and should have buyer protection.
I shall now pursue a credit card charge back and report Beretta for fraud.

If I could give 0 stars for this company I would. I placed an order over 280 euros on 30/12/20. The took my money straight away and said goods were shipped 3-5 days delivery. They were not received. On 7/1/21 I asked for a refund which they said would be processed in 3-4 days. Following numerous emails and intervention by my credit card company they have refunded me over a month late. However I am still out of pocket over 20 euros for transaction charges. I will never use this e store again and would not recommend.

I have ordered on line with the Beretta USA store in the U.S. several times. Great Service and tracking on the order in a timely fashion as well. All their products appear to be first rate. Sometimes Beretta has promotions for 30% off for great deals and free shipping with I believe $75.00 or more qualifies.

Excellent service, a pleasure to deal with. There tracking is second to none. They posted my order from Italy on Monday received Wednesday. Highly recommended.
