I had my hair transplant 3 weeks ago with Este in Turkey and I was very well taken care of by the staff. Everything was explained to me carefully and they were very supportive.

The worst company to go, after care was absolutely pathetic, no meeting to see results, £5000 down the drain, would not recommend, just care about money and also made me pay £700 top which was not mentioned to get a bad hair transplant, lol sr more hair

My other half had a skin treatment from Este Medical. And it was very good results.

Absolutely loved the overall experience. I had my robotic dhi in Birmingham. Harj helped me from day 1 of the consultation till my hair transplantation day, and the whole medical team was helpful, took care of tiny details. Dr. Nehal, did everything with utmost care. Aftercare was also very much upto the mark, shirin was very knowledgeable, took care of my hair wash very patiently and also took efforts in washing couple of times so that all the scabs are removed properly.

I read the reviews of this place online and thought i would give them a try for my Hyperpigmentation on my face.

The so called specialist consultant that saw me (S) was so standoffish. She started diagnosing me from behind her computer screen and didn't even bother to check my face properly. she made me feel like i had some kind of disease. She went straight into discussing the £2500 dermaplan as the only treatment that would work on my face, when i asked if there was any treatment that was less evasive I could start off with, she was not interested- and started patronizing me by saying she was the specialist and knew better. She was overall very awkward to speak to, she was totally not interested in providing any service to me. I traveled all the way from Nottingham that day to receive this diabolic service.

When you first come into the center it looks like the owner has spent a considerable amount of money to make customers feel comfortable - it's a shame that money is not spent educating their consultants basic manners on professionalism and how to be more empathetic to clients. People come with all sorts of problems and pay good money. They should be treated with respect, care and consideration.

I had my Algae peel treatment today and wanted to leave a heartfelt thank you. I was quite nervous beforehand, but Dominika was incredibly patient, reassuring, and kind throughout the whole process.

She took the time to carefully explain all the pre- and post-treatment instructions, answered my questions without making me feel rushed, and really helped calm my nerves. What stood out most was how friendly and approachable she was - she made me feel completely comfortable and genuinely cared for.
