PRF treatment with Forough
I have been coming for Este Medical for my hair treatment and am very happy with the results. I have had PRF with Forough today, she is very welcoming and very thorough with the treatment. She made me feel very comfortable from taking my bloods and throughout the treatment process and continuously checked if I was okay!
The reception team are also very nice and welcoming, special mention to Zahra who is always very welcoming!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Este Medical Bristol, from the initial consultation with Sanisha to right through to my skin resurfacing laser treatment for acne and hair loss treatments (exosomes and MCT). Sanisha goes above and beyond to tailor the treatment plan as well as she doesn’t fail to keep track of my progress every 6-8 weeks.
From the very beginning, Sanisha and fraya made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. My consultation was very thorough and everything was explained clearly, including the treatment process, what to expect, the aftercare and most of all the realistic expectation.
Now I am on my month 6 journey, the skin resurfacing has shown its magic and I am already so pleased with how smooth fresh and radiant my skin looks and feels. After my exosomes and MCT my hair loss has stopped and started seeing the growth.
Huge shout out to the reception team who makes you feel like your second home. You can tell they really value their clients and take pride in the treatments they provide.
If you are looking for a professional clinic with high standards, Este Medical Bristol will not fail you. I am so happy I chose Este Medical Bristol! 💕✨

Disappointed
I have had many treatments here, including laser. Initially, my experience was okay, but as the treatments continued I felt that each session became shorter and I felt increasingly rushed.
I have invested a lot of time and money here, spending thousands overall, so I am very disappointed with the level of service I experienced.
Looking back, I feel that I was recommended additional treatments that I’m now unsure were necessary, and at the time I trusted the recommendations given to me.
I hope my experience helps others take the time to research and ask questions before committing, as I wish I had done the same.

I gladly recommend Este Medical to anyone who is looking to get a hair transplant done. I had my transplant done in Turkey, the Istanbul based Este medical. And the aftercare has been still happening with the Leeds branch. I am happy with both places, they were proffessional and looked after me very well and still am. Kadriye from their staff team is so nice and friendly, she really works hard in the Leeds branch making sure that patients have a pleasant weekly aftercare visit. Also the receptionist girls are super nice as well. I am 5 months in after the hair transplant and can see good results now. So far I am very happy with the result and I am sure my hair will keep growing and thickening. Just follow what the consultant Gizem tells you to do and not to do after the procedure to protect your newly transplanted hair. She will give you all the information you need.

Just finished my 6-month session of PRF…
Just finished my 6-month session of PRF and exosomes and I would never recommend to anyone and do not think it was worth my time and money. They said to stay consistent with the treatment; however, they were inconsistence with how they did the treatment, which included derma-rolling and PRF/exosomes. This inconsistency would include derma-rolling, where sometimes it felt thorough and then most times it felt like they weren’t thorough with derma-rolling everywhere. My PRF and exosomes had also shown appalling results as well, where I still look like I had no improvements and it looked even worse than what I began with. After I finished my whole course, there was no follow-up on to how I felt, how was the process or anything. Truly disappointing and not worth my money at all. I had made a previous review, giving it 5 stars because of how they were lovely at the start, but now that the whole course is finished, it was not worth it.
