I have ordered two times

1 time it was perfect and the I Got what they show on there videoes

2 time was really bad. Another consestency than first time and than what they show on there videoes. Its all watery. Just that I shaker the bottle it was over all. So hard to put it on cause the watery consestency. I texted then on insta and they say that
“The product quality may sometimes change slighyly”
Not what I ordered. I ordered what they show on there videoes and got another product

Perfect but this is not hair growing just skin colour and then u looking great

Im already 6 months customer and bought 5 times super happy with estayla

The product is not what I expected. It showed on video that after 30 minutes of using hair line grows. I had no extra hair at all. Just black colour to cover the boldness. Not satisfied, wouldn't recommend it. It didn't work for me, it may work for other's.

SCAM WARMING – I never received my order and they refuse to refund me.

They claim the package was delivered, but I never received anything. I checked with neighbors, family, and the local post office—nothing. The item doesn’t even fit in a mailbox.

Their response? Blame the postal service and offer me a free product only if I buy something again. Unacceptable.

I’ve reported them to the European Consumer Centre and filed a payment dispute.
AVOID THIS COMPANY.

It is just a skin colour, does nothing to the hair. Colouring the skin will be less visible and therefore, if you don’t look from a close range, it gives the appearance there is hair there.
From a close distance it is nothing but some embarrassing scalp paint. I hope this will wash fast. 🫣😂
