Thank you. Well the experience was,, was it an experience? All I did was place an order, Although I enjoy the title very much. I only got the certificate by electronic means. I thought I would recieve a certificate in the mail as well to showcase or hang on my wall! I'm still glad I have it and happy helped preserve a piece of land for future passers to enjoy nature. However, I have not received my title document.
I can see on the interactive map, where the plot is, but have not received the title deed (with my full name).
I am wondering if this is a scam, or whether my £40 was well spent, or not?

Our Title Packs are based on a historic Scottish land ownership custom, where landowners have been long referred to as "Lairds", the Scottish term for "Lord", with the female equivalent being "Lady". The intention of these packs is to provide a fun, novelty product for those who want to purchase something a little different for themselves, friends and family, and we ask that those interested in purchasing do bear this in mind! As such we do not offer actual deeds to the land, but we do take our obligations to our Lords and Ladies very seriously and ask all who purchase to bear in mind that the intention very much is to keep the land in its natural state for the enjoyment of all landowners of the various plots.
Furthermore, we bought a couple hundred acres of land in Scotland, have pledged to protect it and keep it as is forever, and plant a tree with every order we get through one of our tree-planting partners (https://trees.org/sponsor/established-titles/).
We have always hoped that all our customers enjoy the experience as much as we do - and the vast, vast majority of our Lord and Ladies do, but if they don’t for whatever reason, we have always honored refund and cancellation requests fully, and we still donate to plant a tree for the order regardless.

I was pleasantly surprised…
I was pleasantly surprised to find out how fast the service was. First off I had a question for customer service and received an answer within 24 hours. The second was how quickly the certificate came. My wife walked in and said to me "Did you buy land in Scotland?" I replied with yes, and she was pleasantly surprised. I did not think her plaque arrived so quickly. Excellent job.

Delighted with our Lord and Ladyship titles from Established Titles!
