Leider keine Bestellbestätigung erhalten (da das Email-Feld für die Lieferung optional war und übersehen wurde), aber durch den schnellen Support konnte alles sofort geklärt werden. Gerne wieder.

Schneller Versand

Der Versand ging sehr schnell. Das Produkt war sehr günstig und scheint dementsprechend auch nicht besonders hochwertig zu sein. Es sieht aber schön aus und erscheint funktionell.

Schnelle Lieferung, aber Farbunterschiede bei den Kopfteilen
Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und unkompliziert. Ich habe zwei Kopfteile für die Sauna bestellt, die beide aus dem gleichen Holz gefertigt sind. Leider weisen sie deutlich unterschiedliche Farbtöne auf. Mir ist bewusst, dass Holz als Naturmaterial natürliche Variationen aufweist, dennoch hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass bei der Auswahl auf eine ähnlichere Farbgebung geachtet wird – insbesondere wenn man mehrere Teile als Set verwendet. Daher ein Punkt Abzug in der Bewertung.
