Essex Body Sculpture Reviews 

I underwent fat freezing treatment in the past and completed around 8–10 sessions, along with infrared body wraps. Unfortunately, I saw no visible improvement in my tummy area even after completing the entire treatment. In my experience, the claims made did not match the results achieved. It was a complete waste of both time and money, and I would not recommend this treatment.
I went in for BMI package at Colchester clinic from 23rd October 2023 till 23rd Feb 2024 was my last appointment in the name Sheetal Tripathi.

I had a consultation with Clare as I wanted to know which treatments would be best suited for me. she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She described each treatment in a way that made complete sense to me and explained why it was best suited, over all a very nice experience and I am looking forward to having my treatment done

I woke suddenly with severe dizziness, I called Essex Body Sculpture as I know they do ear cleaning and hearing checks. Clare advised me to do a week of drops first which I did, then I had the ear check and hearing test. Clare was really helpful and talked me through each stage, my ears were clear of wax, hearing fine and results from the ear check within 24 hours. Thank you Clare

My skin has never looked better after having various facials at EBS, including the diamond glow facial. The ladies there really know their stuff, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company for all skin care concerns.

I had an excellent experience at Essex Body Sculpture using the Essex and Suffolk ear Wellness service!. I called Clare following failed attempts to get an appointment with my GP for an issue with my ear. Clare was brilliant, she got me in the same day and carried out a thorough look at my ear and referred me to a specialist who came back within 24hrs! Her expertise and knowledge was excellent, Clare was so attentive to finding a solution to the issue with my ear, I felt really looked after. I would definitely use the Essex and Suffolk Ear Wellness service in the future.

My daughter had her ears pierced today at Essex Body Sculpture. Clare made her comfortable and eased any tension she may have been feeling. It was a great experience and she was over the moon with her new ear sparkles!

Essex Body Sculpture is a friendly, professional clinic I have been having a course of the body wraps. The treatment really helps with my knee as I am wait for a knee replacement & the best wrap keeps the knee mobile. I also find the sleep so much better following the wrap.
Hayley makes the treatment run smoothly with her inviting & friendly manner.
I would highly recommend them all, thank you for keeping me mobile

Had the trim and tone package which consist of one fat freeze session then 6 sessions of toning. Lydia was very helpful and thorough with every step of the treatment.

After the cancellation of treatments, I reached out to the business and requested a refund, to which Clare advised, that it was not possible to have a full refund, due to fees being charged, and offered me a partial refund, as a gesture of “good will”. I shared with Clare the Customer Consumers Act, which states that a business is not allowed to charge fees following a cancellation or return of goods to that business, to which I was provided with a full refund. Prior to this, I was concerned that the business would not return my deposit back; therefore, I raised a dispute transaction against the payment with my bank. I then received a very passive aggressive text messages from Clare a week or so later, stating that she is reporting me for fraud, as my deposit was returned and the dispute transaction was still ongoing and had contacted the business. Yes, In hindsight, I should have contacted my banking service to inform them that this has been resolved. I am a law abiding citizen and was very taken aback by the choice of words Clare had shared with me. I explained that I was absolutely, going to ensure this dispute was cancelled, and no additional fund were taken. This was a clear misunderstanding; however, I really didn’t appreciate being threatened by this business.

I had Terri as my consultant in the Cuffley branch, and I had the fat freeze package and the cellulite package. Throughout the process Terri was reassuring and made me feel completely comfortable. I looked forward to our weekly appointments, not only for the treatment, but also the chats! Would highly recommend, and I will absolutely be returning for another package:) x

Beautiful salon in a beautiful location, decor very nice, and very clean ✨️ I had the Jowel package, which is the fat freezing and radio frequency, and I can definitely see a difference - the treatment was comfortable and enjoyable, and I will definitely be looking to have further treatment with them in the near future - thanks so much, especially to Hayley and Gemma - fab girls! 🥰

The ladies are so lovely and really put me at ease. Very clean and comfortable studio and everything was explained thoroughly to me beforehand.

To Date had 2 x mummy Tummy package and 1 x Emsculpt.
Combining with a low carb diet.

Currently rearranging a fourth course.
Be nice to maybe have the benefit of a tanning room at the venue.
I would definitely use it.

Teri was lovely throughout, I had 6 cavitations then a freeze. With the cavitations I lost around 6 inches (was drinking like 6 litres of water a day, don't know if this is what helped). Since the freeze I haven't really noticed any more of a difference though which is a little disappointing.
