I bought a 200x200 cm duvet cover set and it's totally a scam. It's extremely overpriced. The design is so bad and the cover doesn't fit the duvet well (with the right size). The quality is so bad. You can get the same quality of cover set with 1/6 the price.

This company like many others are offering the best all panels at an exceptional cheap price. Well here goes...I ordered 8 of them. I paid the £40 through PayPal..thank god I did so.
As this is nothing but a complete and utter scam.

Beautiful assortment of bedsheets. We bought two entire Premium Minte sateen sets (fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillow cases) in leather brown and moss green colour. Shipping was quick. At first glance the fabric felt amazingly soft.
Unfortunately after 2 years of use, even after only washing at max 40℃ with delicate detergent and avoiding tumble dry as mentioned in their instructions:
Colours faded very unevenly, the fitted sheets elastics are all stretched out and the fabric is so worn out in some areas that it teared holes!
In a nutshell, premium prices for not so premium product.

I am £500 out of pocket.
First rug arrived and was faulty. Essenza would not send me a free replacement, I had to return and reorder.
I’m still waiting for money from first rug?
Second rug did not arrive, it was held by shipping until I paid a further £64.00. It arrived and that too was faulty.
Customer services are only available by email which takes 5 days to get a reply.
Don’t use the company

The zipper on my robe fell of after only one month. I wrote Essenzahome, but they would not help me. Very disapointing costumer service and quality!

From one of their dealers I have bought a product intended to be used by babies that was sold as oeko-tex certified for babies. That turned out to be false. Essenza home now claims the prduct has another oeko-tex certification that is not intended for use by babies. I have asked Essenza home to document this but they refuse to do that.

I think it is a shame that their dealer sell a product with false information about oeko-tex certification and then Essenza home refuse to document what the product is tested to comply with the oeko-tex certification they now inform me the product has. It seems to me the oeko-tex certification is more usefull for the revenue of the company than for the safety of the consumer, since it seems to serve the purpose of selling products promised to be free of harmfull substances without being able to document that this is really the case.
