I purchased a bottle of Argan oil, received one and I have now had five payments of £63 taken from my account, I have tried live chat, emailed customer support and still nothing, I would never recommend this company, customer support is none existent, I will be raising a dispute to get my money back that I have paid to receive nothing in return

BEWARE OF THIS SCAM COMPANY we fell into the same trap as many others STAY WELL CLEAR of this company, the product is extortionately priced and very poor quality as well
we fell into the same trap with this company when My partner ordered a free trial and missed the very small print in terms and conditions, beware this company is not reputable, AVOID using them, also the product is not very good, they automatically keep billing you extortionate amounts after the free trial ends until you have to try and stop them which is hard work

Poor customer service
My case is similar to some fo the other comments here. I have been charged 69 CAD and so I tried to use the Live chat option on the essence of argan website but did not get any support. I also dropped an email to customer service to get me my money as back as the oil just doesn't work for my skin and I have not seen any response for over week now.

Cxl date misguide
Cxl date was different on products, even though it was ordered at the same time. Which created the charge for this month to come out before expected. I did not want the product this month. Too soon. CustomerCare did not offer the option of stop payment and refund. Very disappointing and made me cancel my subscription.

Misleading AD so READ TERMS!!!!
Their attack to complaints is “Did you read the terms?” So READ!!!! Before you order!!! They Do Not refund!
But who is reading when you say FREE just pay shipping!!!!
When you say FREE trial its should be a longer period. Not only for 14 days. They start the day 1 once order placed. And please do not say just pay shipping for FREE trial then charge the customer with a full price!
Their misleading ad is very active on fb, I once commented on their ad, they blocked me. What a shady company!
Lesson learned before ordering Always READ Reviews!!!!

I tried the free trial of the Essence of Argan and the results was amazing! As I regularly using it morning and evening the 30ML will last me over a month so I decided to subscribed every month and they provided me a discount of $29.99 and the company given me a free gift every shipment. Best recommended Argan Oil!

The price in the internet and on the delivery sheet was 20 Dollar but you took almost 200 from my account - and 3 times instead of only!!! This is serious fraud and very much unfair! I won't buy from you any more. I changed my credit card in the meantime so you can't get my money any longer
