order not received and inexistent assistance

In late November I placed an order. At the time of delivery the courier buzzed, my brother advised that he would come down immediately to pick up the package, but as soon as he left the house he found neither the courier nor the package. I don't understand how it could appear delivered since nothing was signed for receipt. I tried to contact the courier (HR Parcel) as they suggested but did not get an answer. Therefore I contacted ESSENCE MADRID again without receiving an answer.
