The buying experience was amazing, they sent me the tracking number very quickly and the shipment was quicker.

The product is superb, my iPhone charges so fast and is so cool that evens surprised me, even if you charge your Apple Watch, AirPods and the iPhone the charge speed it’s the same, and is a blessing that it includes the wall charger, super recommended!

I was disappointed on the fit of the case on my iPad 11. The case didn’t quite fit around it and the button spaces didn’t line up.

I've faced with warranty case and very surprised how fast clear the process of replacement, it has been taken just 1 business day for feedback and by now I'm waiting my new ESR charging docstation. Thank you ESR team, you are awesome

I’m a return ESR customer, having bought another case for my latest iPhone. I love ESR’s cases. They provide great protection for my iPhone. Also the screen protectors and camera lens protectors are excellent, and easy to apply.
I also always receive excellent customer service from ESR. The initial response is AI, but if it hasn’t answered my query, I then receive a response from one of the very knowledgeable customer service representatives.

I will forever buy from this company only. They treat you like family.

Pretty good exept one thing when i connect the pencil to my ipad on Bluetooth some app become lighty and i can’t remove this do you know ehy and ehat i have to do?

ESR, and Fanny in particular, provides excellent service. My ordered item had a slightly longer delivery time. I was kept fully informed about this and even received an additional discount. The latter wasn't a major issue, but it does indicate that they were disappointed that my order didn't arrive as quickly as usual. This was my second order with ESR and certainly won't be my last. Friends have also purchased from them to their complete satisfaction.
