What can I say..

What can I say..? Their products are awesome, great value combined with the protection needed for your precious products, I have always used ESR on all my devices, IPhone 17 Pro Max, AirPods Pro3, 13 inch M5 IPad Pro etc, and I wouldn’t trust anything else. Not only this, but customer services are second to none, nothing is too much trouble and have helped me on a number of occasions recently. All I can say is I wish other companies customer services were like you. Well done ESR, top products, top customer services, you have a loyal and thankful customer.

The best iPad Pro case for work, drawing, and daily use

From the perspective of a visual artist, designer, illustrator, and photographer, this is the only iPad Pro case that truly works for me in all situations.

I use my iPad in many different ways: like a MacBook with a portable keyboard, as a “second computer,” and also for drawing and illustrating — on a desk or even on my lap. This case holds the iPad extremely well in all positions. The stand is stable, the angles are great, and it feels solid and reliable in real daily use.

What I like the most is the flexibility: you can remove the stand part and use it just as a slim, lightweight case, or keep the full setup for working and typing. It’s really versatile and adapts to many different workflows.

The product itself is amazing and very well designed. I also had a situation with my product and contacted ESR, and their customer support was excellent: they replied quickly, were proactive and practical, and sent me a replacement very fast. The whole process was smooth and easy.

Great product and great support. Five stars without a doubt.

Really impressed with the level of…

Really impressed with the level of customer service when asked and the quality of the products that I purchased.
Very pleased with the iPad Pro case and separate keyboard case, the screen protector was simplicity itself to fit and the pen seems to function perfectly.
Would certainly recommend and use again.
My keyboard from the bundle wasn’t in stock, I had immediate confirmation that it was being delivered from the supplier; the rest of the bundle arrived the next day and the keyboard arrived after a week from Taiwan! Very impressed.

Excellent customer support

Absolutely outstanding customer…

Absolutely outstanding customer service!

There was initially a small manufacturing issue with the rear camera cover on my phone case, but as soon as I contacted them, they responded immediately and sent a replacement within just two days — no hassle at all.

Later on, my wife accidentally broke the replacement bit. I reached out to them fully expecting to pay for a new process, but to my surprise, they replaced it completely free of charge out of pure generosity and excellent customer care.

I’m genuinely thrilled that I chose to shop here. It’s rare to find companies that stand behind their products like this. Highly recommended!
