Allowing racism
An admin called Fa0st says that using the 'N' word in game, twice, is acceptable and only allows a warning. When you then contact an admin during your game and the other team unpauses to cheat, he also think that nothing should be done and is fair. Useless website.

Lagging as hell the first time I played. Now when I am gonna try it for the second time I have waited 11 minutes for a matchmaking haha, still not match writing this. Will not upgrade if this plattform sucks this much. Regular CS2 is more okey, even if it has more cheaters.

Racist playerbase and unprofessional support
I have tried to play using this platform for CS2, as opposed to using FaceIT.
Damn, was the experience much worse.
This platform's playerbase is full of nordic people that are racist to you, especially if you only speak english.
The inbred swedes, finns and norwegians will throw racist statements and slurs at you, kick you of the game and even troll the game.
If you try to raise a ticket to support, they completely ignore you, because ESPORTAL is a swedish company.
I would recommend to no one to use this platform, unless they are a nordic inbred themselves.

Very bad platform with noobs. If you had 10lvl faceit and can play beter then Sweden bots they will ban you for smurf and don't remove your card for premium subs and charge your. SCAM project with dead way. No money,no future!

Banned for over 45 days for smurfing - not smurfing only had a good game. They keep closing my ticket's. and say they will open them when they are done reviewing. No ETA, no updates for 45+ days.

Horrible terms and conditions and…
Horrible TOS and constantly getting toxic players and cheaters but calling on staff does nothing, support sometimes seems to lack cognitive functions and therefore you are basically rolling a dice for a good support staff.
Also don't forget to cancel subscriptions, my friend got taught the hard way that they just don't refund you 💀

Fix your swedish anti-cheat. My mouse is extremely fast and uncotrollable, i get disconnected with no reason-got diconected 5 times, returned succsessfuly, and while walking to ramp got kicked by the server for suiciding too many times. Customer support resolves my tickets whitout giving an answer, like NOT A SINGLE WORD AT ALL! It never happens on face it nor ESEA league. Don't fix it, you are unable to with your 2 braincells.People go play Faceit or ESEA league, don't bother they got 30 people playing overall and 4 people on QUEUE. Not worth the shrink appointment.

Falsely banned for cheating
Falsely banned for cheating. I was playing chilling with some friends and after some days one friend of mine sent a screenshot of my profile banned for cheating. I started laughing because I didn´t cheated at all in esportal and I don´t even play much esportal. I contacted support about my ban and they verified that the ban was true. I sent my faceit profile that I have more than 3.3k elo and still, ban was true. After that I asked why and the reason of the ban, if it was anti cheat or someone reviewed the demo and thought I was cheating, but I was hit by the silence. I recommend if someone is good to not play in this platform. There are a lot of cheaters and they still manage to falsely ban someone for cheating lol. Never playing in this platform again.
