Fantastic first experience!
After nearly being sniped out of a previous auction, I wanted to try a sniping service for myself. Found eSnipe through Google and decided to go with them because of the free trial and 'pay-as-you-go' pricing system. I'm a casual collector and might bid on only a few auctions a year, so I wouldn't want to have to pay for any kind of monthly or annual subscription.
Account took only a minute to set up and was able to connect to my eBay account seamlessly. UI is nice and clean, everything is very easy to use. They honoured the trial period and still placed the bid on the item for free even though the auction ended after the trial's expiration.
Having never used a sniping service before, I was extremely worried about the bid being placed within seconds of the auction ending, but it all worked perfectly! Was SO excited to get the item for well under market value. Will absolutely be using your service again! Thank you!

Having to buy more credits before I know…
Having to buy more credits before I know if I won the bid! I have 1200+ of credits that I will probably not use but before I could bid on this expensive item I had to buy MORE credits that if I loose the bid I most assuredly will not use!!!!
It is stated,"Your WinPoints credit allows you to snipe up to 1,508.00 worth of eBay auctions."
This states "Allows you" which implys, no its stronger than an implication, its a statement that you are NOT allowed to bid on items that cost more than $1508. I purchased $10 worth of points that I didnt need to purchase!!!! I want my $10 back!!!!
eSnipe responded to my complaint acknowledging the implication and refunding my misspent purchase. I assume they are also going to rewrite the description of the points.
So I have changed the rating to 4 stars. If the poor first writing had not occurred, I would have been completely happy with the service and would have given a 5 star from my experience over the years.
