I purchased a plane ticket through the company, but in the meantime, my situation changed, and I requested a date modification. They sent me a payment link, through which I transferred the requested amount. However, three days have passed, and nothing has happened—they are no longer responding to my emails either! In the meantime, I also contacted the airline, but since I bought the ticket through this company, I have to handle it with them. So, at the moment, they have charged my account for a service they have not fulfilled!

They are always ready to solve my problems: in 2023 & 2024. Last year was partly successfull but in 2023 they were on top.

This is my first time here. It was easy. So percet for me this app. :)

Dear Sirs,
I find it terrible, that the price is changed during the
Payment phase. I think it is not a fine business habit,
That after the chosen service what price was correct
Offered by you and your client takes the payment page
And sure that no more fees for any other services are
Due , during the payment phase after giving the credit
Card details the price is increasing without a groundargument ,the costumer gets only an information
It is even more like offered before the payment begann.
