Company is absolute scam. Cancelled flights and they kept the refund the airline gave. We received empty promises and lies. I am sure their response will be just another lie.

Disappointment from the price information
I was disappointed from seeing price first 52 Euro and finally I paid 68 Euro. There is no explanation why. The information for flight price is very misleading! I wanted to use only "hand luggage" option but there is no opportunity to choose.

Great Design

Bad service
Update: after three months long email exchange still no refund. Shame on you eSky. Your answer to my review is as meaningless as your existence. Bad service, no support, no customer service, no even information for the canceled flight. Laying to the customers is bad for the business, these people actually lied to me that the connection flight my mother in law was taking from Vienna was just cancelled, in fact, the last flight was a week earlier and after that, the flight was not even listed on the Airport schedule. Shame on you people.

The experience itself was outstanding
The experience itself was outstanding, but 18 euros in fees... come on.
I found the same ticket over at SkyScanner, without the fees, but there was a problem with the reservation itself.
