Do NOT buy anything from this website, it’s a SCAM

Do NOT buy anything from this website. Absolute scammers! I bought 2 sims and I didn’t recieve any! I contacted by email and chat for help and I just got sent around in circles with no actual help and rude customer service representatives!! I will be contacting my bank for a chargeback! Do not fall for these scammers … there is a warning on their trustpilot reviews for a clear reason! If only I had checked reviews before purchasing !

Great Customer Service

Great Customer Service

Had a significant issue where the esim didnt load and the CSR on whatsapp was extremely helpful and enabled me to have a reset of the setting for esim.

I did have to call the Tmobile help line, but still I never felt without help from esimcard.us.

Do not use

I purchased an eSIM and when it was proceed and tried to activate it, the QR code was not functioning. esimcard.us offers only options that are not possible to do, such as going to T-mobile profile, that is not possible as you need to receive confirm code to your phone number that you can't activate...

Doesn’t work, waste of time and money

Purchased 3 mos eSIM for US.
After several attempts to download, I reached out to support via WhatsApp (which was useless). They just kept circling to the same issue.
I finally decided to walk in to t-mobile and they told me the number provided by esimcard.us was invalid. I just purchased prepaid from t-mobile directly.
I requested a refund by email but have not heard back, which was 5 days ago.
This was a waste of time and money.
Lost $90 + roaming fees

Stay far away!

Use caution. No real support if there is problems once activated. They only activate eSim. You cannot change plans, port number and or get real help. I believe they are piggybacking on free trial and reselling. Stay away.

Update - 12/6/2023 you get what you pay for, do not use them at all just go to T-Mobile!

Easy to buy and install

Easy to buy and install. Note that it takes an hour or two for them to process the esim registration so give yourself enough time to register it. Also make sure you’re not in airplane mode or it won’t self register. We took our old sims out first and it worked fine.
