Awesome service and provided us strong internet during our trip in Europe/UK. While support team is only by email, they are prompt to resolve any enquiries.

Really helpful and great instructions

Bought an esim for my Mum for international calls and it came with really helpful instructions to install. Unfortunately her phone doesn't have esim functionality only dual sim and the customer service have been really helpful in arranging a refund as my Mum can't use her sim. I will definitely use again for my esim phone during my summer travels.
Customer service have been very prompt and helpful.

Great experience

I recently used services from Esim.com and I have to say, the experience was excellent.
Activation was super easy!
I received instructions immediately after purchase and within minutes my phone was online. So for anyone traveling who wants fast internet without dealing with physical SIM cards, I highly recommend it. Definitely 5 stars!

I got O2 Travel Plus Plan which covers…

I got O2 Travel Plus Plan which covers all my needs. It was really easy to set up. They also have a very helpful chatbot for general questions which helped me to pick the right plan. I ran into a small issue during choosing a plan and making a payment, but support team replied super quickly and helped with the fix. Definitely would recommend!
