Don't upgrade early your losing money
I like the product, been using it years. However I was recently prompted via the software my subscription was running out. I used the link and purchased a new subscription. However the new sub started from the date I purchased it, and I ended up having 2. One expiring in 3 weeks. And my new one expires a year from purchase date. So I have effectively lost 3 weeks of product I paid for. Surely as I purchased via an official link my new sub should start from the date my old one runs out? This is why I marked it down. Beware if your updating early. I reached out to customer services and they said they could only see one sub on my account, I could see 2?????
