First time buying off Escentual because I always normally buy direct from Dior, but as a repeat customer to them when I asked why I wasn't getting any offers or discounts having been buying off them for over 10 years, their response was the final straw, even as a new customer apparently you get nothing - oh wait, a free mini sample when you spend! 😂and it's always a woman's scent, obviously I'm a bloke. So decided to take my business elsewhere and came across Escentual, so looked them up and read the reviews. Ordered 200ml Dior Sauvage EDT as I'm currently ok with my Dior Sauvage Elixir and I use the 200ml EDT more like a body spray as part of my manscaping sessions. So on the basis I ordered this only yesterday, massive reduction on price I might add, it arrived today!!! Well packaged and came with dozens of free samples and with the big discount on the 200ml EDT - I will CERTAINLY BE bringing my business back to Escentual. Absolutely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️service and price and complete transaction start to finish. Highly recommended 👌🏼 👍🏼

Complete waste of money!!Never received order for £150 which was placed end of January. First they said DPD should contact me , that never happened . After that i have been told they will resolve the issue. Now - 2 weeks and they are ignoring my emails / calls.

If I could give the company 0 stars I would.

I purchased a small item to buy as a trial before I purchase the larger item after reading reviews on here of illegitimate items so wanted to confirm authenticity.

Unfortunately to my surprise I had not received a confirm that the order had been dispatched, so I logged onto my account in which it stated order cancelled?? For no reason at all!

I felt like I had dodged a bullet not purchasing anything bigger as if this is how there customer service treat a potential new customer with a small item then I would dread to think what it would be like with a bigger item.

Their customer service is shocking and I should have listened to the trust pilot reviews! Buy with caution and be prepared for your order to be cancelled.

It is overdue!!! I want you can refund me soon!!! It's unsafe to use expired product. We've been talking about this issue for three weeks!!! I don't know why you can't solve this simple problem ？？？ The batch number: 8M01 Production date: 2018-12 Expiry date: 2023-12 product is really unsafe to use. +07421784935The relevant evidence and pictures have been sent to you many times.Details of the issue: Expiring Lipsticks should not be used after their expiration date. Most of the ingredients in lipsticks contain chemicals, and once they expire, these chemicals can undergo qualitative changes, potentially forming carcinogenic or allergenic substances. If applied to the lips, they may cause discomfort such as tingling, itching, or even local erosion. Moreover, if expired lipstick is accidentally ingested, it may irritate the intestinal mucosa, leading to symptoms like abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting, which can affect health.

I don't believe the perfume I purchased is the genuine thing. Scandal by Jean Paul Gaultier should have a little leg charm on the lid which this did not. Also the pipette in the bottle was too short and the others I have bought have a long bent tube to ensure all product is used. There were no assurances of this being genuine when I told customer services this is why I wanted to return. One star for quick refund but won't buy from this site again.

Fast 2-day shipping and great products. They are selling a wide range of designer perfumes at a discounted price and 25% off additionally with a discount code. I got a 50 ml bottle of DKNY Women, which is hard to find online and originally released in 1999 (24 years ago!!!) for only £25 and also got a free small bottle of sparkly primer and ginger shampoo that I did not ask for. This seems like a great company that cares about providing a quality experience to its customers.

i am always a little apprehensive about purchasing perfume or aftershave from a company that i have never used before
there was no need to be : there was a vast selection of products, i had a query so i called the company who were most helpful and knowledgeable ,the postage with royal mail was free , my order came with a few little samples and finally ------- the price was excellent!

I recently started buying from Escentual and I love this site. The prices are good, the service is brilliant and there is vast amount of choice.
Delivery is fast and you get a free sample. I have found Escentual a great site to buy from and I would definitely recommend them.

I've purchased from this company several times over the past couple of years. I've always found them to be great. The items are really well packaged and delivery is speedy. They often throw in a few freebie testers or a nail file too which are always really appreciated. They sometimes have discount codes available which makes their prices really good and you can earn loyalty 'pennies' for your purchases which you can redeem against future purchases that you make.

Found this company recently with very competitive prices. I have done 2 purchases with them since Xmas am very impressed. Emails sent when your order is received and despatched. Quick delivery, well packaged and a freebie nail file and perfume sample! Whats not to like about them!

I placed an order yesterday and was very impressed to receive my order within 24 hours. In addition Escentual gave me some great samples which were relevant to my skin concerns (sunscreen for sun intolerant skin) which will be very useful.

I've shopped with Escentual for some time now and have always found them to be efficient and their prices good (especially when they have discounts as they regularly do).

The products I buy from them are sometimes difficult to find in the shops and it's so much easier to know I can rely on Escentual.
