I ordered a seat to Ninebot Max g30

I ordered a seat to Ninebot Max g30. It took almost 3 months to arrive as it was to my surprise shipped from China and not from Spain where the online shop is located. Their websites don't give any info about the shop, terms & conditions etc. Even though they operate in EU they don't pay VAT for the purchases nor do they send you a proper receipt of the purchased item. As I told mine end up coming from China which was not my intent, I can surely order products from China by myself. I thought that when ordering inside EU, I would get the product quickly. I even asked where they ship the items and they responded from Spain or "other countries". Packages that come from outside of EU and having value over 22 EUR need pay customs duties and VAT. So even though I paid the shop already 125eur for the seat, in order to actually get the product, I had to pay almost 40eur more to the customs. The people responding to my emails at this company were not helpful at all. First they said all is paid which is not true and they they started blaming me that is was my own fault I didn't tell them not to ship the product from China. Excuse me, how could I have known they would ship from there when they did not tell this when I asked them where are they shipping the items? They refused to pay the customs fees and they haven't provided me a receipt of my purchase although I have asked for it. They don't tell anywhere in their websites that they might directly ship from China when extra fees will occur. If I had only known this, I would have placed the order directly to China with significantly lower price. I told them that I will be sure to warn everyone not to do business with them as they are informing their customers properly, after that they told me they won't communicate with me anymore. Don't waste your money and time on this company!!
