First-class service from Escapade 4x4. I noticed a small fault while using my Discovery tent, so I emailed their customer service. Jack was straight on this to get the issue solved. All I truly expected was some advice on how to overcome this small issue and for it not to become any worse, but instead, they booked me in to fit a complete new tent. What more could you possibly ask? Fantastic service!

Great communication, really helpful and great delivery time

Once the order was received by the company they delivered on the dates I requested.
This particular order was supplied by a third party and took nearly 2 Months to appear.
I would suggest they convince their supplier to give them some stock as a lot of people would not have been as pacient as me !

Amazing service, and they spent time demonstrating the item to ensure I knew how to use it etc.

What a great bit of kit absolute must for Camping in the rain

The staff we dealt with were great on a personal basis.
We had booked to come to the factory and were shown how to put the tent up. But we were not shown how to fix it to the vehicle, the adverts say it would be fitted but it wasn't, saying they didn't have all the parts. We couldn't take it away with us due to his and it was posted, despite the ads saying it couldn't be posted! When it arrived by post, several parts were missing, and it actually took 2 more deliveries before we had all the parts. Then we had the issue of fixing it to our tow ball. We wre sent a video showing us how to do it, and it looks so simple, but fortunately isn't. I had to give it to an engineer to fit. He said the adjustment is so miniscule it is difficult! But we now are sorted. The
only other issue which seems rather ridiculous, it has a locking mechanism, but is only supplied with one key!

We bought our kit at the Camping and caravanning show at the NEC.
Jess was very helpful and knowledgeable and we got a nice discount, ending up with the Discovery roof tent, annexe,270 degree awning with sides and the roof rack. Arranging the fitting was easy and on the day it went seamlessly. A coffee and a decent waiting room while the kit was fitted and then a run through of the kit afterwards from Jack.
The quality of the equipment is excellent and the materials used have a real quality feel. I would definitely recommend Escapade 4x4, we looked at all of the brands at the show and they are in a different league in terms of quality, knowledge and customer service.

Love my thre360 roof tent. Quality is excellent, blackout interior is a massive plus and it’s very easy to setup. The customer service was great too, answered all my questions and even got the tent for free 👍

I like their style of Products I have their 270 degree awning and wanted to compliment this with a roof top tent so chose the Horizon when speaking to Craig and Jess at the NEC in Feb and ordered it there and then.
Living in the Channel Islands the VAT was knocked off, but this was soon eaten up by the transportation charge to the island as it stated by the Delivery company the items would be on a dedicated Pallet.
I received the item as it was in stock, in just over a week from the ordered date (well this was a Saturday and at a show) so speedy dispatch once shipping was confirmed.
I have fitted the tent directly on to my Cargo Bear rack and need some extra spacing under the mounting bolts to allow the lid locking clips enough travel to be opened.
The tent itself is of a good quality and the action of raising and lowering the lid is smooth.
Still yet to use it for its intended purpose, but I am sure that I will be happy with my Purchase
