Where is our payment?
We have always respected the importance of compliance reviews and have fully cooperated by providing all requested documentation. However, what has been most concerning is the lack of communication regarding our account status and incoming payments.
Our account remains restricted, and despite multiple follow ups, we have received no update regarding two significant customer payments of EUR 180,000 and GBP 261,000. We are unable to tell our customers whether these funds have been received, are pending review, or are being held, the fact is nobody is responding to us anymore.
I don't know what to do anymore or how to reach this guys, I'm just confused.
We sincerely hope this matter receives urgent attention and that we receive the updates we have been waiting for.
