the absolute chaos and negative drama I receive for trying to enter most businesses with my emotional support dog tells me they are failing in educating bussinesses and staff on emotional support animals and how to treat their owners. This subject in question has been a significant cause in the further detioration of my mental wellbeing, the exact opposite of what their goal is supposed to be.
Amazing company. Very quick respond and efficient. Have helped me so much, couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend!
I have been a very happy customer since 2021! Quick and easy to find appointments that fit your schedule. I have had the same counselor all 3 times and he makes me feel very heard and understood while talking about things I don't like to verbalize. Great service and get exactly want I need each time. So grateful to have found them.
Needed a ESA letter for my new landlord. Fast and easy service. Just what I needed. A+++
Easy to use, relatively quick process and cost seems to be similar to other companies. Thanks for the help!
Wanted to get a new apartment with my furbaby and this place helped me out with that pet fee. There’s a lot of services out there and I’m glad I picked this one. Got that new apartment and I got to bring my pet without the expensive pet fee the landlord charges.
SCAM - Don't forget to DISPUTE your charge if you fall for this!! The "evaluation page" for the therapist is a 404 error now! The disclaimer is HIDDEN on product pages at the bottom. ALSO SUBMIT A BBB.org COMPLAINT!
1 Therapist unprofessional.
2 Charge 75 dollars for additional housing form (just need a signature)
3 I asked them why they charge too much, and can they read the form before they decide the price. They didn't reply.
4 If you need them to write airlines form, they charge 199 dollars under their care. And the therapist didn't say anything useful. Besides, additional fee for airlines form.
5 They don't reply to me, and they don't sign their names on my forms. They just scammers!!
