I love the colour that you send me. It colours evenly and lasts so much better than anything I have used before.

I have been using esalon for many years and I would not want to be without them. The system for ordering is simple and flexible, with reasonable prices. I am also not bombarded with marketing emails which I really appreciate. The colourists have always made the changes I asked for and each time I have been extremely pleased with the results.

I absouletly love the Esalon product,the colour is always vibrant,and very easy to apply at home with an effect like from the hairsalon. All other products are as described and come in a fabulous personilised package. Account and every new order is easy to amend. Sometimes delivery takes longer than you might plan so you need to consider that. Customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend Esalon.

Beautiful natural hair colour that gives great grey coverage without a build up of dye look. I only feel it doesn't last for many washes so I've to do roots every 3 weeks but this said the colour is delivered to my door so it's hassle free, you're always guaranteed the same colour and it's easy to apply so it has just become part of my routine. The best thing for me is I no longer go to the hairdressers for colours and have to give hours of my day in a salon I just do it at home at a time that suits me and I only go to the salon when I need a trim. It's not saving me money cause I order more regularly but it is saving me time and effort and the colour results are consistent.

Great colour and much less hassle than spending two hours in a hair salon.

I love all products I order. Have my roots done every 3 weeks plus I've made my first highlights recently. I love the result. I use tint color (copper) and it's gorgeous especially on my highlighs. I'm not going to stop doing my hair at home, because they are always great after eSalon products. Thank you!

After a couple of trial runs, I found the colour that works perfectly for me. The colourist was helpful and responsive and addressed my concerns about covering all my grey. I particularly appreciate the flexibility of the ordering system. I have changed my order frequency several times and there’s always an immediate response. During Covid lockdowns, when so many companies have blamed the virus for poor customer service, it’s so refreshing to find a company that puts its customers first.

Great products, fantastic offers, complete with Step by Step Instructions, what more could a girl ask and the cost is much lower that going the hair dressers.

The colour match works great and can be adjusted prior to each order if you want to darken or lighten. Plus the refill order is automatically done and they send reminder emails, so if you're not ready for it you can push it out to a date that suits you.

I am so happy with my colour from E salon, the colour is amazing and as I have a lot of greys I was able to get the colour tweaked and it’s perfect.
Being able to send a photo to my colourist and also to have the option to amend the date of my delivery is brilliant.
My hair feels healthy as I’m also using your shampoo& conditioners and mask treatments.
I love the presentation of the box, it makes it so personal to me.

Absolutely loving esalon. My hair has never been in such good condition. Getting loads of complements on it. I love the ease of ordering online and how you can adjust order if needs be. Products are great quality.
