The hardest part is deciding on the color that will work best for you. Once the kit arrives, you just need to tackle it and it’s pretty easy. The coverage is pretty great for coming from a box that you can do yourself. I use it for grey coverage at my roots and it’s perfect.

Good quality stuff in decent colour match. When my shipment arrived, unfortunately the lid was loose on one of them and most of the colour had spilled and they replaced it for free.

You could improve by providing the correct colour! Ordered pearl blue black, my hair is now red roots and brown for the rest!

Good quality, personal care
I like that I can easily control my subscription and change it if I don’t yet need new product. The care team is also very accommodating. My only complaint would be that I would love to be able to go in and manually adjust my own colour if I so desired. After initially picking a colour and subscription it is only adjusted by writing a note on your profile and a hair professional adjusting it for you.

Color was soooo very wrong
First color was soooo very wrong, then correction kit was offered. I was told the correction kit would not be sent until I had sent in pictures of my current hair color so it would be accurate and actually fix my hair color. I left on holiday for a week planning to send the pictures in once I had returned because the sun would most likely change my hair color. When I returned to Canada I saw that the correction kit was sent anyway. It was not the correct color so I could not use it. The whole experience from start to finish was very frustrating. Save your hair and your time and avoid. Would not recommend.

FANTASTIC
Firstly, the initial choosing process was amazing - They ask you to choose your hair colour pre-dying, at current & what your desired result is, all with being able to “try it on” and what can be done to your hair and what can’t! I loved it. The colour itself makes my hair feel so healthy, the packaging, instructions everything is so well done. My ONLY thing and that’s honestly knit-picking is I wish you were able to adjust your colour with those same “try-on” style, or with colour names etc. I adjusted my colour with attached photos instead which is fine, but wish the process was the same for adjusting! I won’t even adjust my rating based off of that because it is so absolutely minor compared to how great everything else is!

The color lasts longer on my hair
The color lasts longer on my hair, so I don't need to buy and color it every month. It may seem pricey, but in reality, you're saving compared to regular hair colors from stores. Plus, it's great to have a personalized box delivered to you, with a cute and nice pink color. Highly recommended!
