the rugs i ordered came today very good quality just as good as the pictures all deleivered within 48 hours. When we re decorate the other rooms i will order more excellent turnaround.

eSales Hub / Automated Analytics took our small business as a client, promising to do all they could to provide leads for our business and never to invoice us for anything other than a genuine lead for our business.

Over 2 years later and we have been continually billed for leads that were not actual leads. We received calls such as:

A call to have blinds fitted, when we're a financial services firm.
A call to ask for an electric parking gate to be opened.
A call to make a doctor’s appointment.
Callers who openly stated that they had dialled the wrong number.
Calls when there was no-one on the line after the telephone was answered.

All of these calls were recorded by the company and clearly did not contain a genuine lead.

Despite this, the company have continued to take payments for such leads (and remained doing so even when challenged) due to part of our contract which our legal advisors feels that they have interpreted incorrectly.

When we raised this concern time and time again, we were told that we were in the wrong and that the company could invoice us for these incorrect leads, which they did and took our money for zero value in return.

When we pointed out this incorrect interpretation and the fact that the company have invoiced our small business for thousands of pounds worth of incorrect leads (potentially into 5 figures worth of costs to us) and putting us in financial jeopardy, the only response (to date) from the CEO of the business was to terminate our contract as they no longer wished to do business with us (perhaps because we don't want to pay for incorrect leads that we were promised would not be the case?) and inform us that we could challenge the company's right to invoice us for such fake leads in a court of law, which they will robustly defend.

No apologies, no offer to assist, just a contract termination 7 weeks after we raised the concern, with no offer to repay the thousands of pounds that they had invoiced us for without any value. The ethos of this company is awful in our opinion, seemingly valuing money over customer service.

Do not fall for the presentations and promises. Our lead cost almost doubled within a few months of starting the relationship and the quality / quantity of leads severely reduced from the initial weeks.

Update: Following a refusal to engage with our complaint by CEO Mark Taylor, we are now proceeding with legal action against eSalesHub. If anyone else who is in a similar situation would like to join this legal action, please feel free to contact us. We will have a website with contact details published shortly.

They don't deliver what they promise, charging for leads that never went through to me. They were keep saying that I'm missing phone calls which were never there. They are only responsive when you're about to sign in with them, after that they ignore your emails. Now they have sent a debt recovery company for £96 that I apparently owe them. Huge disappointment, don't know why NAPIT is endorsing them. AVOID!

Esales Hub have helped generate us high quality leads and so far (around 3 months into my ongoing subscription) they have delivered on everything they promised. I'm very happy with everything and highly recommend this, thanks again guys!

If you are not using or considering Esales Hub the answer is really simple. YOU NEED TO!
Amongst the rabble of companies (I’ve spoke with and tried many) this company have perfected local search and will get you TOP of Google’s ranking.
There methods are ingenious and they’re so confident at what they do that you only pay per lead.
I am so excited about my campaign and so glad I found them.
