Poor Customer Service

Excellent, fast delivery. I have a watch with a fault that I wish to return. Followed their online process. Have contacted them via email, and filled out their website contact form, even tried the live chat, claimed they can't help me, and passed the buck on the original customer service centre that I contacted in the beginning. Haven't heard a thing. So my experience when ordering was excellent, when it comes to returning an item, extremely poor. Wasted a lot of money on a watch that doesn't function correctly, from a company that doesn't want to get in contact.
