Customer service is very bad!
I made an order for a bag on the spanish es.tommy.com
When i paid and received the confirmation i realized that the address for delivery was wrong.
I contacted the support team straight away, but i cant change the address. First i was told the order has been shipped, but that was not true, because i got a email telling me its delayed - but when you make an order, this cant be changed. I have had phone contact as well with customer service - and its the same answer. Any order done cant be changed.
Knowing online shopping solutions - this is VERY bad service!
Watch out !!!
And because Tommy is a big company - they really dont care, and will not help you.
My advice will be to shop in a store only - or buy from other online shops that has Tommy products - because they will give you service. (that is IF you really need a Tommy product ... ??)
