Loving my new shoes
I bought a beautiful pair of ankle high boots, in the most gorgeous green tone and... I'm totally in love with them - I had stopped wearing barefoot shoes for a few years, mainly because I only saw either extremely expensive nice looking shoes or not so expensive, but inadequate for my professional life. These, though not fancy, are fit for work and very comfortable.
I also had a great experience with the customer service, with a very honest and grounded response to a message I sent them directly.

Finally…
It has taken me a long time to finally get my hands on this shows but it was worth it and one thing I have to say about these shoes because I'm sure everyone will tell you they are great and comfy is the excellent customer service. Never in my life have I come across a customer service in Europe like this one. Thumbs up. Five stars. Their support and speed of reply have been nothing short of amazing. Kudos to the founders and the staff from top to bottom especially those in customer service. I think they will never forget me. We emailed each other like more than a dozen email. All. Worth. It. Got my shoes today and I couldn't be happier. First one from sugauro. Definitely not the last. That's for sure !

Best customer service. The shoes were very delayed and I requested a refund; after the refund was granted, the shoes arrived and the company gifted them to me. I will definitely purchase from them again.

Amazing customer service
Issues with the sizing initially, but the customer service team were really helpful and went above and beyond to sort this out for me. I ended up keeping the original boots and then being sent a pair in the next size up for free! I gifted the original pair to a friend with smaller feet.

Mediocre quality shoes
Mediocre quality shoes. Sizing is not the best either. Have two pairs and the size is different even though the type of the shoes is the same.
As well, I didn’t expect them to be shipped from China so it took awhile to get them (maybe I missed it somewhere on the website).
