No proper packaging, there for panels were bent, the holes of the radiator had not cups on to prevent stuff getting inside . For the price I am very disappointed

Good quality products
I've purchased a high quality product from Hudson Reed. The only bad point is the purchase tracking with the transport company but once you request information, Hudson Reed provides you as much information as you need.

Fast, good product, but slow to innovate
Really nice products, fast delivery and easy purchase process.
Very good reaction time and efficient personal. Prices are attractives.
BUT we are still waiting for a set to be built : we have choosen a shower set, but we changed two parts to have them a bit bigger to fit our bathroom. We requested the set the 20th November: We are still waiting for the new reference to order it. Our plumber is expecting the set to finish his work ......
So far we only know that parts of the set are not available: we can understand but we do´nt know which part. HudsonReed may have offer other possibilities, or alternatives, ....
We are really disapointed by this fact, because so far the level was really high!

After visiting several big stores eventually opt for buy a chrome towel bars for wall ( brand Hudsonreed,). Really have a very good quality, are modern models and has some good prices .
I was make the order from BCN directly to the web page and one week later i had the product in my home.
