Whilst the saber took a bit longer to ship than expected, it arrived the day after it shipped, and he quality of fantastic. I’m very happy with this saber

The company did very well on keeping me informed of the production and preparation of my items. The one thing I dislike is the lengthy time of shipment. For example it estimated to be delivered today but is still being held at Hazelwood, MO. I'm not sure why that is but other than that it was good.

The company kept me informed on the progress of my saber all the way through the construction. When it arrived it was more than I hoped for. It was very well made and I was extremely impressed with the quality. I would highly recommend ES Sabers and will definitely buy from them again.

Arrived quickly, good, quality mat for my sabers.

Firstly, it took a little longer than I would’ve liked to get shipped. Received four or five emails about them being behind on production but I guess I get it, shtuff happens. When the items finally arrived, despite having been labeled fragile, the box was beat to all hell. I understand this is a shipping issue and not necessarily the fault of ES however the package was not adequately wrapped inside. Luckily only one of the items were broken, and it only required some gluing to get back to an acceptable state. My biggest issue however was the quality and build of the items. I would have liked a little more heft to the blasters, they are quite light, and the weathering job was not great. They also could do with some features, like pull-able triggers or other moving parts for the price point they are at. Overall it was okay, but I don’t see myself ordering from them again.

Excellent product-Light Saber, bought as a gift for my son. He's very pleased with it. Came well packaged. Has different colour light & sound changes. Can be wall mounted if required.
Only issue for me was the turn around time between order & delivery. I only allowed 2 weeks prior to sons birthday, so it didn't arrive in time.
Allow a good 4-6wks delivery if you want item for a specific date. Other than that, good quality product.
