Please please please don't buy from this company. The nails are faulty, I've had 2 replacements and the same issue has happened (part of the design comes off within 1-2 days). They then said they would replace the same nails but do an extra coat of something on top (why didn't they do this before?). But I haven't heard from them for a month and have kept chasing. As a last ditch effort I've tried commenting on their reels but they keep deleting every comment I leave. They're only keeping the good comments on there and I'm wondering if this is a common occurrence for them to delete the negative comments on their reels. The glue only works for a few days and then the nails start coming off and the last time I tried to use the nails it took a bit of my actual nail with the press on (which hurt like hell). I wanted to give them a chance to correct their actions but I've given up after having my comments deleted for the 3rd time (I have screenshots of my comment being on the reel and now its disappeared, I wish I could link photos to my review). Dont believe the lies that the nails last for weeks as its just not true, I bought 3 sets and all of them have not lasted even a couple of weeks before parts of the design come off or the glue to stick to the nail stops working.

I don't believe the lies this company is spewing, its actually unreal. My order initially didn't arrive and I reached out to ErsaNails since the courier confirmed they had lost the parcel (what more proof do they need??). I got my replacement order on the 20th September which was 3 sets of nails. The first pair was lovely I had them on for about 2-3 weeks and no problems. The 2nd set I tried on was the one with all the issues. On the 2nd set parts of the nail design fell off after 11 days of wear. I reached out to the customer service on 13th October when they responded on the 23rd October they offered to replace the 3 nails that had parts of the design fallen off. So far the experience with their customer service was pretty good (albeit slightly slow). The replacement 3 nails arrived but the same issue happened so I sent them another message on 8th November asking what can be done as I'd only had them on for 2 days and the same parts had already fallen off. They offered to replace the same nails again on the 18th November as their nail technicians would now add another layer of sealant to stop this from happening. Since then I have confirmed again the issue with the nails (which they asked for) but they never replaced them and I didn't receive these nails with the "extra sealant." I was trying to be nice for as long as possible but I sent them a message on the 21st Nov, 29th Nov, 2nd Dec and 12th Dec but could not get any reply. I tried to post comments on their reels to see if that worked but my comments kept getting removed which is why I have given this company a 1 star review. Only now have they replied to my message on Instagram saying they have delivered the new replacement nails to me but I have not received anything. This is my entire experience with them and I have chat conversations and screenshots proving my review is truthful. Please don't listen to this companies lies and save your money for somewhere else

Abysmal customer service. Asked for an order cancellation because it had been two weeks since I made the order and still no updates. Got no reply to my email and they marked the order as shipped a few days later. You would think a business would actually honour their clients’ requests but whatever. And still no reply to my email of course.

I placed my order and 8 days later they email saying there are delays. I contacted them multiple times via email and Instagram to get an ETA or any update as the tracking said it hadnt even been given to the courier and they have continuously ignored me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! YOU MAY NEVER RECEIVE YOUR ORDER ESPECIALLY IF ITS INTERNATIONAL!
Alert please: I ordered #58139, but the parcel was never delivered to me.
Their logistics partner still marked it as “Delivered”, even though I received no call, no attempt, and no proof of delivery.
When I asked for an explanation, Ersa Nails instead threatened legal action for “defamation.”
Since then, they have not responded to my email asking why a non-delivered item was marked delivered.
Sharing this so others can be aware before ordering.
Updated experience with Order #58139 after first reply from Ersa Nails:
• I attempted to contact the logistics partner (iMile) using the number and website from tracking details, but the number is unreachable, the website does not accept complaints, and no email ID exists. There is effectively no way to contact them.
• This raises a strong suspicion about the legitimacy of the tracking system, especially when neither the courier nor the seller provides any support. I may be wrong, but the situation is highly concerning.
• Ersa Nails never replied to my email where I reported the false “Delivered” status. They responded only here on TrustPilot after the issue became public, yet still offered no real help.
• They claim the parcel was delivered but have provided no proof: no signature, no delivery photo, no recipient name and no location data.
• In any standard delivery system, the burden of proof lies on the seller or carrier to show that the item was delivered, not on the customer to prove non-delivery. A text status saying “Delivered” is not evidence.
• I have still not received the parcel, no attempt was made and no explanation has been provided.
- And not to forget all of this has happened after you couldn't ensure timed delivery "as per your policy", and now that I am permanently leaving the country tomorrow.

I have sent so many emails but received no response regarding my order.
I ordered on Nov. 20 expecting it to arrive within 6-10days as advertised on the website. This is long overdue and disappointing customer service.
They sent an email for delay a week after my purchase so I needed to cancel as it won’t be arriving in time before I leave the country for the holidays. They keep ignoring and now updated they created a label on Dec. 6 but still not shipped. I’m leaving in a week’s time and it’s pointless to send it to my address now when I won’t be around to receive it at all.
So much money wasted

If I could give this ZERO stars, I absolutely would. I placed my order on October 15, 2025, and as of December 4, 2025, it still hasn’t shipped. When I emailed them earlier for an update, they blamed “material issues” and said it would take more time. It’s been so long now that I don’t even want the order anymore.
I requested a refund on November 6, and they repeated the same excuse about material delays. It’s incredibly frustrating because I’m traveling internationally and won’t even be at the delivery address. They claimed they would update the address, but later said they actually couldn’t one of the main reasons I ordered well in advance. Since then, there has been zero communication.
The experience has been absolutely terrible. I’ve requested a refund again today and hopefully they process it soon. Please avoid Ersa Nails entirely and choose alternatives like Glamnetic or support local businesses instead.
The nails are pretty and decent quality BUT…
They claim they’re all made in the US but they are shipped from China? Also shipping takes a long time, way longer than what they claim on their website and every time I write to them on instagram the first many times they have so many excuses for why they haven’t shipped them after month after I ordered them.. Very weird and suspicious, which makes me feel like they’re just dropshipping them so I would rather order from other places I’ve found, places that are also cheaper but atleast just as good quality
I ordered my nails month ago, and still haven’t gotten them and the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Bot even one warning on the website that you have to wait that long. Horrible customer service, answering once a week with generic message completely ignoring my message.
Offering me 15 dollar gift card, with my 200 dollar order which I have been asking to cancel for weeks because I have been waiting for long. I don’t recommend this company.

The set looks nice in person. There are a few small imperfections, but for hand-painted nails they're already done really well. The only downside is that the shipping was a bit slow.
One of my nails had a small chip, so customer service gave me a replacement nail and some extra film. The texture and color of the new piece matched identically, so I couldn't tell which was the original. I cherish it.
Even with my hectic work schedule, the Eranails press-ons are excellent and long-lasting enough to last more than a week. Expert advice: even if I didn't use much adhesive, always have some extra on hand. Their customer service helped me find the ideal fit when I asked about sizing for my second order, and they responded to me in a matter of hours. Ersanails is exceptional in terms of both customer service and product quality. Give these a try; you won't be sorry!
The parcel finally reached me after two weeks, and the wait felt worth it the instant I unboxed it. The pieces had that same gentle shine I'd admired online. With just a light coat of brush-on glue, the nails stayed secure and smooth - still no lifting or air pockets even by day five.
I got a set as a gift from a friend and it looked nice enough, that I bought a second one plus 2 more. The second set I got looked really sloppy. The other two were fine, but had a lot of bubbles throughout. So you win really hard or lose I guess. If the first set was a solid 8/10 (small specks of black dirt in the top coat??), the second pair was a 3/10, with the other 2 in the set maybe being a 5/10. Wish I did proper research before buying anything. They last a decent amount of time, 2 weeks, and the glue is easy to remove but hard to apply. The customer service was also lacking when I asked why my order was delayed too.
Do not buy the nail glue, the advert says stays on for 30days. Mine fell off less than 24hrs. I contacted customer service no reply. Don’t waste your money.
Loved everything. The nails are so pretty i definitely recommend!
They refused to give me a refund after I sent three different pictures showing that the product was rubbish and didn’t work now they are ignoring me 54837 there’s the order number

I ordered OVER A MONTH AGO with no updates on shipping and only one email a week after ordering saying there were delays. They didn’t reach out at all until I emailed customer service. It feels like they are never going to actually mail me anything and are just hoping I forget I paid so they can keep the cash. I ordered the first week of October and nothing has been shipped. Honestly just get your nails done at an actual salon and avoid ersa.

Ordered nail glue and UV-lamp that did not work with darker nails at all and they did not even warn about it (they also sold darker design nails so). When I sent them a complaint they sent me an AI generated answer about how they are ready to solve my issue or even refund. I said partial refund of UV-lamp could work. And then they never wrote me back. I left a 2 star review on their page and they did not even leave that up so their products only have 4 and 5 star reviews visible. Instead they mailed me and said sorry and gaslighted me that they definitely responded to my refund request blaming it on spam folder. After all that sketchy behaviour and false advertisement and seeing other people's experience I think they are just a dropshipping company that sell other people's products for a lot more money. Nasty liars and scammers.
Edit: Waited for your funny reply. Hilarious lying and you do this under every low review, amazing. Makes sense why you don't leave the bad reviews up on your own page lol. I wonder are your horrible replies also AI generated or somebody actually writes them?

Significant delay on shipping. When the nails arrive they are much smaller than their size guide. They won’t exchange for size even if you haven’t used the nails, which means $100 order goes in the trash. Don’t make the same mistake I did
