Pay to Fix Their Own Bugs: A Nightmare Experience
If you don’t opt for their $40/month plan, you’re essentially left without support.
The real kicker? The only reason I need support is to fix bugs they created. So, I’m expected to pay to resolve issues caused by their own faulty system.
To top it off, it’s been 7 days since I submitted a support ticket, and I’ve received zero response. They’re completely ignoring a problem that’s on them.
This has been the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had with a company.
