Absolutely delighted with our purchases from Earnies. The Customer Service from Sally-Anne was superb. She made us feel welcome and comfortable in looking at and trying out the outdoor furniture on display without being too intrusive. We was impressed with the modern pagodas and range of furniture that we saw. We bought a pagoda and L shaped seating suite with table and stools as well as two loungers with a table at a very good competitive price. The Delivery was punctual and the staff were helpful in giving useful advice prior to assembling the pagoda. We love our purchases and it really has made our garden into a relaxing entertaining haven.
I would happily recommend Earnies as they have been professional and courteous at every stage as well as the products being great quality and design.

My order sold to somebody else my order that I had paid for had…
Told my order that I had paid for had already been sold. Had to pay a lot more for a replacement. When it finally arrived there was no table!! Went into store and was told it would be delivered. No arrival so left a message but still no reply. Very disappointed in my experience, hope my table is delivered soon. Not happy

Right from the very first consultation, the team demonstrated a perfect blend of professionalism and personality. Jo, Sally-Anne, and Ken welcomed me into the process with open arms and open minds. What really stood out was their ability to combine expertise with warmth and humour—something that made the entire experience so much more enjoyable. It never once felt transactional; it felt like a shared creative project where every one of my ideas, even the last-minute changes (yes, there were a few!), were met with positivity and adaptability.
Nothing was ever too much trouble. Whether it was design tweaks, product choices, or just needing a little extra time to decide, they supported me at every stage without hesitation. They followed my lead with enthusiasm and attention to detail, delivering a finished product that now genuinely feels like a personal retreat—and the envy of many who’ve seen it!
The pergola is sleek and modern, creating a beautiful architectural feature that elevates the entire garden. The addition of the blinds brings practicality and style, offering privacy and shade exactly when I need it. And the Navada corner sofa? It’s not just a piece of furniture—it’s a statement of luxury and comfort. I’ve already spent countless relaxing hours on it, and I know there will be many more to come.
Thank you to the fitters who installed the blinds today. They were incredibly efficient, respectful, and—true to the spirit of the whole team—brought great banter to the job. It’s clear that this company doesn’t just aim to deliver high-quality products and services—they want you to enjoy the process as well.
