I purchased snowboard boots for my son for Christmas. They ended up being too small and ERIK's didn't have the next size up, so they suggested a different option. We are happy with these boots, but th... See more

I found the bike I have been searching for for months at a great price, and they shipped it the very next day, packaged nicely and in great shape.

Ordered for my grandson for Christmas. Simple ordering and quick delivery. I’m sure he will love it (he picked it out!).

Called in because I had a question about doing the online order. The gentleman was super helpful. Got me going in the right direction and shipped me my new bike.

Tried to cancel my order right after placed order and said they couldn't because it all ready processed. The bike hasn't shipped out and it is 5 business days later and all I received was a tool to put it together

Aa an avid snowboarder, I’m always buying new boards. Over the years, I’ve noticed all the local shops near me carry less inventory and need to special order what I want. No big deal. But in a few instances, I paid in full at the time of the order and the order ended up coming in way later than promised. Asked for a refund and was told “can’t it’s a special order”
This is where Erik’s comes in huge. Amazing inventory. Yes, they have everything in stock. And they often ship the same day or worst case, the next day. I’m in California and usually get my orders in 3-4 business days.
Erik’s is now my go to.

So easy to navigate their website. I ordered a jacket here because it was the lowest price I could find and then I also received an additional 15% for signing up for email/text which ended up saving me $70 on my order. Fast shipping as well. Overall so happy with my experience!

WAISTED $150 DUE TO THE Horrible customer service. Order your products from a company that actually cares about your order, you and more importantly your bank account. I spoke with a customer service rep days before my package was shipped asking to size my product down because it would not fit at that size. They had the correct size in stock there was no shipping complete the label wasn’t even created and they forced me to go through the return process when it could have easily been exchanged. This turned a $382 purchase into a $523 purchase for absolutely no reason and with no benefit to anyone other than the shipping companies. The only thing I could explain this being is a lazy customer service representative and team. There is no policy that says a processed order cannot be exchanged before shipped. They simply didn’t want to help out their customer and they will never get my business again. I highly encourage you look elsewhere before purchasing through them.

Ordered a new bike online. Turned out to be a demo bike with damage they called cosmetic. Poor integrity, poor customer service and flat out lied about product. Also shipped without batteries which was later shipped

Half star if it was an option. By far the worst online customer service experience ever. Shipping bikes with used batteries and frame damage that they knew about. Routing droppers and cables like a clown show at a circus. Never again...

I was pretty excited to see a discount for their S-Works Epic 8. Although I wasn’t planning to be MTB shopping for another 6-12 months, it was too good of a deal to pass up on.
After ordering, I immediately emailed Erik’s to confirm the bikes availability and that there were no tariffs, before I started ordering tons and tons of parts/accessories from different suppliers to support my new hobby. I received an email confirmation from Erik’s confirming my questions.
From there, I spent the rest of the weekend mulling over all sorts of different parts (pedals, waxed chains, shock pumps, etc.) and placing orders from a ton of different suppliers for everything I needed.
This morning I receive an email that my money was refunded for the bike. I called and was told that “they can’t sell me that bike.” I pushed for a reason, and was given nothing more than that. I did my due diligence to confirm availability and spent time I don’t have driving over an hour across the city to find the bike at a bike shop to confirm it was the right size.
I was warned of these types of problems with Erik’s. They should stand by their sale and follow up email and sell me a similar bike at a similar deal if (for whatever unknown reason) they can’t sell me the bike they told me they would.

I recently took my bicycle to Eric's Bike Shop for a repair, specifically concerning a problem with the hub. After two days, the technician contacted me with a diagnosis: the hub needed replacing, at an estimated cost of nearly $800. This quote significantly exceeded my expectations, and frankly, I'm quite disheartened. Given this exorbitant cost, purchasing a new bicycle appears to be a more financially viable option at this point.
My experience with Eric's Bike Shop has unfortunately been consistently negative. This recent incident is only the latest in a series of unsatisfactory interactions. Based on my past and present experiences, I strongly advise against using Eric's Bike Shop for bicycle repair services.
Charge me $120 for kept my bike for 3 days

Update. After filing a BBB complaint and this negative Trustpilot review, Erics did step up and addressed the underlying issue and even when beyond what I was expecting. It is however unfortunate that it took a couple public negative complaints to get to this point.
I paid $800 for new rims for my Specialized Mountain bike. Why carbon fiber rims needed to be replaced, I am not sure but they said they did. After getting the bike back, the rear tire was flat within 2 hours (tubeless). I filled it up with air and rotated the tire a bunch to insure the sealant was evenly applied throughout the internals of the wheel and tire. Again it went flat in a short period of time. I then had to leave the country for about a month but on my return took the bike into Erik's to have them fix the issue. They said they would fix the leaking but it would cost my over $30. I explained I already paid for this but they were adamant requiring me to pay again. Frustratingly I left and called 'corporate' the next day and talked to a 'manager' who was rude and extremely unwilling to help in any way. I explained to him that the day prior I was into their Burnsville location to purchase two $3k ebikes and based on how I was treated will be purchasing elsewhere. So for $30 they are sacrificing a $6000 sale. So not only are they not standing behind their work, they are also rude and extremely unwilling to help out their customers. I am done with Ericks. I did also file a BBB complaint. Beware of this organization.

I would warn anyone wishing to purchase a bike online from Erik’s Bikes. My experience buying an almost $4,000 BMC road bike was very disappointing.
It started well, with the perception of a discounted price against the original price. When I called the online customer service to ask if it was a new bike without any defects, they assured me it was. They did qualify that although it may have been on the floor, they would not send me a bike with defects.
HOWEVER, the bike arrived with a large gash in the paint, which also came with a gash in the FexEx box— it was unclear if the gash came from FedEx or before shipping from Erik’s.
When I asked Erik’s what my options were given the situation, they said it looked like a type of gash that happened on their floor, so they offered a $50 gift card or I could return the bike.
For a $4,000 purchase, that’s not ideal, especially since I noticed the gash after I brought the bike to be assembled. They said I could also make a claim against FedEx but said they would not provide a waiver to allow me to process a claim with FedEx. What’s the point of sending me to FedEx if they won’t provide the required waiver?
Although Erik’s did give me the option I to return the bike, I feel that the customer service experience was disappointing and I will not be making any future purchases from Eriks. I warn anyone out there looking to purchase anything online that is discounted to know that this is the likely response from Erik’s Bikes. I paid $4,000 for a dream bike, and am left disappointed, misled and frustrated. I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

Tyler is rude and gaslights customers. He leads the management team at Erik’s. I won’t ever shop here again because of Tyler and a lack of supper assistant manager at Richfield.
