Great Product and Service

Package came within 10 business days in great quality, customer service is responsive on instagram and the memory foam is very thick. I got it for my mom with severe knee pain and she really likes it.

I placed an order for Ergosalah on…

I placed an order for Ergosalah on September 3rd for my mother, and today is the 17th it still hasn’t arrived. The order seems to be shipping all the way from China, and at this point it feels like a dropshipping scam. Very disappointing and untrustworthy experience. I would not recommend this seller.

ErgoSalah is not dropshipping. We produce our prayer mats in batches and hold our inventory in our warehouse in China. From there, we ship worldwide. Our standard delivery time is 3–10 business days, though in rare cases delays can occur depending on the carrier.

In your case, your order was placed during a pre-order phase. This was clearly indicated on our website at the time of purchase. We sincerely apologize if this detail was overlooked and for the inconvenience it caused you.

A Real Blessing for Knee Patients and Elderly – Not Meant for Healthy People

I received my ErgoSalah prayer mat today and Alhamdulillah it is really helpful, especially for knee patients. In my family, it has been a blessing for the elderly who were previously praying on chairs — now they can perform sujood properly on the mat. It truly makes a big difference for those with knee or joint problems. However, I would say this mat is not meant for healthy people, as the design is specifically made to support those with physical difficulties in line with the Islamic rules of prayer. May Allah reward the team behind this initiative for making salah easier for so many.

I ordered the prayer mat from them for…

I ordered the prayer mat from them for my parents. My parents have trouble with their knees when performing Salah and this was such a relief to them, they loved it! The pillow is good quality and prayer mat is pretty big which is even better and more spacious.

Works perfectly

Works very well. My mom love it alhamdulillah. She can pray now with sujood on the floor. Jazaakumu'Allah for making it easy for people. May Allah give you and your team alot of hasanat for it. Aamin.
