Great piece of kit, well made and easy to setup. Extremely competitive
price compared to the competition. I am delighted.

A big amount of reviews on trustpilot and their live store are fake, and use repetitive words and phrases across all of them.

Next day delivery is a complete lie. Customer support, while well written, are completely useless and don’t act on anything.

After 2 weeks of them promising to send my order “by end of day” and never doing it, I cancelled my order. They then send my order a day AFTER I cancelled, but gave no shipping confirmation. I got a notification from Royal Mail. I refused the order at the door, as I wanted nothing to do with the company.

Ergonomist received the return and sat on it for days with no updates, again I checked through Royal Mail. They ignored the last 4 emails from me asking why they weren’t processing my refund.

After a total of 30 emails, mainly me having to chase them multiple times a day to get anything out of them, I had to raise with my bank to dispute the charge.

Their website is completely fabricated and misleading, I’ll be reporting them as a scam. Don’t make the same mistake as me

The product and price point are both superb. The height adjustable desk and walking pad are well built and sturdy with good instructions. Customer service reps were reactive and aimed to be helpful.

What lets this company down is its chaotic delivery processes. First they offer delivery timescales that are not met, then they cannot tell you when it will be dispatched or delivered.

Apart from that I am satisfied with the products but wasted a lot of time trying to find out when the products will be delivered.

I would advise the company to advertise the actual delivery time rather than bait the buyer with a wildly optimistic and unrealistic promise.

Ordered on Sunday 11 January walking pad
Order processed Monday 12 January with
delivery via Royal Mail DPD 14 January. On 12 and 13 January watched on tracker as our parcel arrived at and then left East London depot and then went to Hatfield Depot ready for delivery on 14...then travelled back to Hatfield, then East London depot. We knew immediately this had been damaged in transit. It arrived today battered box badly taped up with bits of equipment exposed. Likely dropped in the depot, or on delivery lorry/van. Request made via customer support no response.Bot chat useless. Complete waste of time and want a full refund.
UPDATE: Company are still refusing to agree to a refund and offered £15 compensation. Now having to go via Credit Card company to get money back and return this item. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered an ergonomic sleep pillow, and this came with a promise of next-day delivery. To date, I have not received this, and despite several emails requesting either a response or a refund, I have not received a satisfactory outcome.

I have not received my order, and they have not responded to my requests for a refund or, at the very least, some communication to advise me what they are doing. At this stage, I will be taking the matter further.VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY- DO NOT USE

Very Disappointed. Recently ordered the 'Mini Pedal Exerciser' to assist with injury recovery. Needed it pretty quickly and saw that it was advertised on Ergonomist website with 'Free Next Day Delivery' in no less words this didn't happen. After contacting Customer Services who may I add, were absolutely useless (stating it would be delivered on the day when it clearly wasn't going to be) they didn't want to acknowledge any responsibility, and tried to just pass it on to the Courier. I was finally passed on to Alex (Senior Representative) who also was useless and didn't want to take responsibility. After raising further points he couldn't even be bothered to respond and address them. Yes things happen that can delay things but there is no excuse for terrible customer service, and leaving customers feeling undermined/insulted. Learn to listen to feedback, respond to concerns and take responsibility when a customer has been let down. Will not be ordering further items needed from Ergonomist.
**Update, finally recieved the item and it is faulty. You can't screw the crank into the machine as the threading is so poorly manufactured. The disappointment continues. Seriously avoid this company, am beyond fed up.

've really enjoyed using the standing desk so far. I'm 6ft 3 and it goes high enough for me and there is a little wiggle room for it to go even higher if needed. I also have 3 screens attached to the back of the desk
via a clamp bracket thing and I was worried it might be too top heavy but the desk is very stable. The desk needs to be plugged in but it is quiet and moves quickly and the little screen turns off when not moving so there is no light pollution. I would really recommend. A great purchase at a
great price.

The Ergonomist Pillow is shaped like a Butterfly. Your head goes in the middle with support for your neck and cervical spine in the little cut out at the bottom. The ‘wings’ are the support for your shoulders or for your head as a side sleeper. There are places at the top of the wings for your arms. The pillow remains cool all night long!
My neck pain has gone - absolutely amazing!
I can highly recommend the company, they kept me informed at every stage of the pillow’s journey and the product is of the best quality. It comes with a pillowcase which is easily removed for washing.

Beautiful and great quality chair! The based got damaged but they were
amazing at responding and sorting the issue by sending a replacement for
the part. And overall great experince!

Bought one of these pillows 4 months ago, bought 2 X more great deal from the company and it
works for me no stiff neck any longer and stays cool,took about a week to get used to,it's a little bit firmer than a traditional pillow, also handy for looking at phone as the edge raises up slightly but still supports your neck

Easy to assemble! Using as a gaming chair for teenage son. It has had a lot
of use! I have used it too and have noticed how comfortable it is. Would
definitely recommend and come back, should I need another chair.

Delivered quickly and well packed. Sturdy smart machine very easy to work. Only criticism is that the wheels don't roll sideways which makes it a bit difficult to move. It is heavy but, overall, very pleased.

The pillow is great, soft but firm. It has solved my neck pain and I get a good nights sleep. Well worth the money.

I ordered a mini bike trainer to prepare for knee replacement surgery and then use afterwards as a physio aid . When the item arrived I couldn't believe how noisy it was in operation , especially as it claimed to be quiet. Also the resistance setting is inconsistent giving uneven and jerky movement to the peddles. I contacted the seller who agreed to have it returned and as soon as I provided proof of return a replacement would be dispatched . That didn't happen , I waited two weeks for the replacement despite constant emails from me chasing up the delivery . They are good at apologising , but that's about all .
When finally the replacement arrived it was the same as the first one . I don't have any more time to waste on this company or their faulty products . It has already impacted on my schedule for the operation preparation. I don't recommend this product to anyone and would not buy from this company again

Following this review Ergonomist requested information as to who I am . Considering we exchanged 20 emails on this subject it highlights just how little they are concerned about customer complaints .
