Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Substandard workmanship. Three neighbors with common fence requested separate invoices. Not honored or provided. The fence is not straight as it needed to be. It zigzags. We asked Ergeon to repair it. They sent a “supervisor ” to assess the work. He said it was straight. I asked him to utilize a laser for accuracy. He did not have one. I asked him to use a string line and he claimed he did not possess one. We provided one for him to check for accuracy. He checked it. He admitted it was not straight. We could all see it with our very eyes, the string line could not lie. They requested more money to fix their substandard work. Now they claim the fence was completed per the contract and insist on more money to fix their problem. They want to make it ours. We shall see what the next steps will be. Find a more honorable company.
