After buckling my rear TENACI GX23 (alloy) in a crash, it took close to two months to receive a replacement GX23 (alloy) wheelset, and when it arrived the rear rim showed cracking around the spoke holes and the wheels were dirty.
ERE have since apologised, explained they had email server issues in December, and offered to upgrade me to a TENACI GT25 (carbon) wheelset at no extra cost to resolve the issue. That’s a substantial upgrade and, as a resolution, you couldn’t really ask for much more than that.
I’m updating this review now because the response and proposed resolution have been strong. I’m currently awaiting delivery of the GT25 (carbon) wheelset and will update again once it arrives and I’ve inspected it.

I had a really nice communication with the company. Quick responses and very good service. After an agreement wheels were send to Ere and they fixed them at reasonable costs. THis was done in a couple of days! So kudo's to the ERE team!

Got the Tenaci TLR Skinwall tires, great! No punctures for 2000km, and still going strong.

Can’t fault anything

Fitted the Ere valves in my new Genus wheels to go tubeless. 2nd ride the rear tyre deflated, no visible sealant. I pumped the tyre up with a mini pump and when I undid the pump connector the valve inner unscrewed. Using the valve cap tool I tightened the valve inner and it snapped off the valve tube, rendering it useless. Disappointing to say the least.
(On investigation the leak was through the valve seating on the rim tape)

Noticed small cracks in my Tenaci GX23 rear wheel of three years old. Had registered the wheels, so a limited lifetime warranty applied. Returned the wheel set. Got a brand new rear wheel under warranty. No fuss no nonsense. Speedy handling and professional help. I'd wish all supplier were like that!

Just ordered a pair of Carbon wheels yesterday with Carbon spokes and delivered already today! Awesome service and great looking wheels. I'm supprised about the all the small details of these wheels for a fair price.

Went very quickly from order confirmation to order being sent, arrived quicker than another online purchase I placed the same day from a company in the country where I live! First time trying out their bar tape so looking forward to that. Otherwise it was a top up of their tubeless sealant which I’ve been very happy with, as well as their tubeless valves. I also have a tenaci GR20 wheelset which has served me very well as well. Really good products in other words.

As a first contact with a company product so far it has not gone well.
I bought a pair of wheels and then my mechanic and I saw that the “spoking” of the rear wheel on the transmission side was reversed when it was installed at the factory. I reported the problem three days ago and I still don't have a solution, since I need it urgently because I have a brand new bike with them, I hope they can remedy my problem since apparently the wheels are not bad, but rather it was an assembly problem And I don't want to modify them either due to loss of warranty.

Great tires. Easy to Mount, roll fast. Still No punctures. I Will be riding them in Roubaix, so hope they keep up being this good!

After my initial disappointment as I received bar tape that too short in length for my bars and followed by a delay in response from Ere, they apologised as my emails went to spam and they weren’t aware of the problem. They speedily couriered longer lengths of tape to me at no cost which now meets my needs and for that, I’m happy. Thanks Ere, you get my👍🏻 and recommendation
