In late 2022 we were approached by many companies who told us they could assist with claiming the ERC. We were super hesitant to move forward because no one seemed to have real professional we could work with. Everyone was doing things online and there were a lot of scammers in the space. We stumbled upon ERC Max on social media. What I liked most about them was that they connected me directly with a tax attorney that worked with us from the onboarding to the claim itself. Last week we received our first 3 ERC checks. To be honest, even though we worked with an attorney, I was skeptical about getting the checks but we did. There are a lot of companies in the ERC space, but not very many component individuals that take the ERC seriously. Most see this as a cash grab and I noticed that very early on. This team is the real deal, their sales and support team is super knowledgable regarding the ERC and answered all my questions before we even decided to move forward in meeting with on of their tax attorneys. The tax attorney made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process, and did excellent work in preparing our legal analysis and filling for our claim. Kudos to this team
