Do not buy from this SCAM company. Also known as Erasecraft.
I bought a motorcycle model on TEMU for £8.00 and for the money is great value, then I saw a similar model on FACEBOOK but this one had loads more features like smoking exhaust, lights, a small key and engine noise controlled by a throttle on the handlebars. The ad even had a video of the operation. The cost was £22.00 incl P&P. However, when I received it, it was exactly the same as the one I bought from TEMU. So, I told them that they had sent me the wrong item, as it had none of the features they advertised, but they will have none of it. I have sent numerous complaints to their customer service but they will not acknowlege anything is wrong. Keep well away.

I ordered what was supposed to be a Masking Master from their website after being impressed by the photos and product description. What arrived was completely different — a cheap, low-quality imitation that looked nothing like what was advertised. The product I received was so obviously not the same that it felt like they weren’t even trying to hide it.

When I contacted customer service, I was met with a ridiculous excuse — they claimed the item only “looked different because of the lighting” in the photo. Seriously? The difference wasn’t about lighting — it was an entirely different product. It was insulting how little effort they put into their response.

At that point, I started to wonder if this was just bad luck or something more. So I went to Trustpilot and read through the reviews — and that’s when everything became clear. Dozens of people described the exact same experience: fake items, lies from customer service, and no accountability. It wasn’t just me — this is how this company does business.

They lure you in with professional-looking photos and descriptions, then send you something completely different and refuse to take responsibility. It’s a calculated scam, and they seem to have been doing it for quite some time.

Please, do not make the same mistake I did. I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering — it would have saved me time, money, and frustration. This company operates with zero honesty or integrity. They are 100% scammers and should not be trusted under any circumstances.
