The products arrived damaged, with clearly visible leaks as soon as the package was opened. Despite immediately sending several photos and all the requested explanations, the customer service is completely inefficient and unresponsive.

The issue is not progressing at all. After several days without any response, I am again being asked for the same photos and information that were already provided earlier, which clearly gives the impression that no one is taking the time to properly review customer requests.

A disastrous and incompetent customer service, unable to properly handle an obviously clear issue. I am very disappointed with the seriousness of this company. I absolutely cannot recommend this website.

SCAM COMPANY !
Ordered the 04/01, item never delivered, they said they will have some delays (SO they sell items that they DON'T have in stock, but take your money of course)
We are the 10/02, and still no item.
I lost time. Never ever again, your website should shut down.
If you sell items that you don't have in stock, then do your stupid job, give a call to your suppliers and ask them if they will get the item and when. You don't need a whole month to ask them if the item is in stock. What did you even do during one whole month... It is a company run by amateurs / and very unprofessional people. Full scam.
If they do that x1000 customers, they can keep their money for month and make profit with it. Never ever again
