Equip2garden - Avoid at your peril
Waste of time. I Purchased a brand new Kiam Sherwood 52cc 5 in 1 gardening multitool, of which the 2 stroke Motor suddenly cut out, after very little use. After some thorough investigation and process of elimination, I found the magneto had probably quit. When I went onto their website I found that spares not available (continually out of stock) on the website and not able to say when they will be available. Also no replacement spare spark plugs either(also continually out of stock). I telephoned their customer help line and discussed options over the phone, I was informed that they would send me a used magneto stripped from a used motor and would have spark plugs available to send to me. I never received anything and never heard any further communications from them. I have sent several emails and received zero response. So much for 5 Star Customer Service. Non existent customer service and the 5 in 1 tool is rubbish. I personally would not give them 1 star, however this is the lowest rating I can give them. Their so called 5 star service is a myth. I have also provided the same review on their Facebook page and they can not be bothered to respond, which just about says it all. I will not use them again and recommend others to stay well clear.
