Ordered a Rinse Kit on 3rd August item still not arrived despite showing as order fulfilled and despatched. Emailed customer services numerous times and telephoned however not received replies. Will show as SP* Aberdeen on your payment account. Their head office is in Lithuania. DO NOT USE

They have no telephone service.

The automated system tells you to email or use their Facebook messenger, I have i genuine email (rather than the generic automatic response). I have returned an item using UPS. Fingers crossed I get my money back. I have also requested the money back via PayPal as they respond to messages immediate.

Very poor. My experience mirrors those who have commented below. I ordered a pair of boots from them on 3rd June , and had still not received them 3 weeks later. I emailed them 3-4 times but no reply, although they claim they will reply within 1 working day. Given the number of complaints I suspect they may be a scam company or drop shippers.

Bought an automatic door for a chicken coop. It was faulty so I emailed the company the next day and asked for their return address. They said that I did not place the order. I sent them about 5 emails with proof of purchase and still they did not provide a return address. I had to cover the cost of the return (£7 as the value was over £100) even though the item was faulty. They refused to provide a refund and it took numerous complaints and contacting my bank to get a refund (though I'm still out of pocket for the postage). I would avoid at all costs.

DO NOT TOUCH THIS FIRM Bought two coats both good but one far too small.Sent it back to their returns address had e mail to say it was all good and a refund was on its way.The refund never came so made a claim with Paypal who were great I had an e mail from Equestrian co asking me to remove the claim and they would send the refund I did not because once removed it can not be started again Equestrian co new this so I escalated the claim with Paypal lo and behold the refund was sent.Do not touch this firm with a barge pole.All their products can be bought at good shops.

I wouldn’t purchase from this company again. I ordered a shooting coat - the quality is very poor, material itchy and absolutely horrible. Sending it back and of course the postage is not prepaid So having to pay to post it back. No where on their website do they make this obvious before you place the order. But as soon as you get the parcel there it is an enclosed returns label which says it’s not pre paid. Absolute time wasters and con artists.

Ordered a product and received an email that it was dispatched almost immediately. Two weeks later still not received so chased them. They wrote saying that I was their number 1 priority but then did nothing for nearly another week.

In the end I had to threaten to dispute with my credit card before they refunded. Now four weeks later still not received - I don't believe they ever sent it. Three days ago I ordered the same product from Kwazar and it arrived today. Complete time wasters.

I ordered a product from this website which was woefully excessive in terms of size. I ask to return the item and the customer services team responded by asking me to send this to the wrong manufacturer. I had to send several emails to confirm the correct return address and details and was only provided with an apology after further confrontational emails. Item was returned nearly two weeks ago but no refund has been processed. Apparently this business has a policy of holding on to your money for two weeks after the garment has been returned and processed.

I wouldn't purchase from this business again as the customer services response is shockingly slow and customers are not given any contact number to talk directly with anyone.

My advise would be to find garments elsewhere and pay the costs associated with a five start service. This is below par at best.
