Having already reviewed EQT I saw a post on here by someone called Sarah J, which, truth be told, had me spooked as I'm a first-time investor with the company. I called the office and spoke to my broker explaining the issue. He explained that they had seen it too and take these kinds of allegations very seriously indeed, so much so they have already instructed lawyers. He also said that if I wanted my money back now he could arrange it, doesn't sound like a company trying to scam people to me. I declined the offer. Before investing I met Paul and Jamie from EQT and the developer at the Kingston Upon Thames site and have been through my own due diligence process, the project is very real. It's easy to sit behind a keyboard and slate people and companies I guess, sadly it seems to happen all the time.

Friendly transparent company who have given genuine advice on my investment. I would recommend them to anyone looking for alternative ways to invest in property. The Kingston project ticked all my boxes as an investor and I cannot wait to see the finished development. Great location!

Was a bit unsure on this one but luckily I don’t live too far, so had a wander down to the site in Kingston and had a tour with the developer which put a lot of my worries to bed (if you’re an investor in anything, go see the site, its a good indicator I’ve found). Good guy, I even know a few of his other sites luckily so again always helps when you’re a skeptical investor like me. Took the plunge, nice and simple (I’ve done it before with others, most have a simple process but some are a pain) so fingers crossed it continues like it’s started.

Having privately invested with Paul over many years, into various residential developments in the south-east I can confidently state he and his team are exemplary professionals. EQT's communication levels are some of the best I have ever benefited from across any sector. My business deals with some of the worlds largest pharmaceutical companies on a frequent basis and they could all learn about the merits of customer care from EQT Capital. I believe they are about to offer their investments to a wider audience and any investor who is looking for healthy returns with a great education into the property development world, EQT should be a serious consideration.
