I purchased a Lifetime License for Epubor Ultimate today, which was a significant financial commitment. The transaction was processed successfully, and I immediately received a receipt.

However, after waiting for more than 20 minutes, I have still not received the license code required to activate the software.

This delivery failure is completely unacceptable, especially for a premium product. I purchased the software with the immediate need to complete a task, and this severe delay has caused an immediate and unexpected disruption to my work flow. The whole point of buying the software was to gain access now.

A simple automated system should deliver a license key instantly upon payment confirmation. The fact that this has not happened suggests poor service automation and a lack of respect for the customer's time. I require the license key immediately.

I cannot recommend this product due to the poor post-purchase experience and failure to deliver the product I paid for promptly.

I had spent literally hours trying to work out what I could do to convert my kfx (Amazon Format) e-books.

I was looking for software to get audiobooks on my laptop, hoping this would work.
I kept getting the screen to get a subscription, which I did in the end, since this platform had so much good reviews and was adviced by Google.
Big disappointment: my books are not the right format and this software is totally useless to me.
They offer a money back guarantee, but this seems to be only 90% of the amount.
If you buy your books mainly on Kobo or in mp3, but not on Amazon, I would not recommand this product.
It totally did not work and I am not a happy costumer.

I've tried it one year for decryption, even with the the latest Kindle format. I use it to get some kindle books as pdf, because highlighting text and include comment etc. are so easy in pdf files with Adobe Acrobat XI pro.

Epubor is a great software that has made my reading experience so much better. It's user-friendly, and they are quick to answer any questions I may have.

I've tried it in the past in its previous versions, and the software worked very well for decryption. With the new format introduced, Kindle KFX DRM, I hope the latest updated version of epubor ultimate continues to deliver such excellent results, with no excuses or exceptions. I'll let you know if it continues to perform outstandingly or falls short.

Lo he probado en el pasado en sus versiones anteriores y el software funcionaba muy bien para desencriptar. Con el nuevo formato introducido, Kindle KFX DRM, espero que la última versión actualizada de epubor ultimate siga dando tan buenos resultados sin excusas...ni excepciones...Ya os comentaré si sigue cumpliendo con su función de manera sobresaliente o se queda a medias...

This software is a huge time-saver! It lets me quickly and easily download the books I need in both DOCX and PDF formats. Very convenient and highly recommended.

This software is fine for the latest, most common ebook formats. However, a huge portion of the digital book world consists of older titles published in now-obsolete formats like .tbz. in my experience.

These files aren't going to be updated by the publishers, so it's up to conversion software to handle them.

Only took a few minutes to get the hang of it, then can easily convert books between formats. Recommended.
