The item was delivered two months late. Additionally, we received the receipt two months late, which prevented us from claiming the Samsung cashback. Customer service has also stopped responding to my emails

I purchased a product during the Black Friday sale on this website, with a delivery date set for a later time. Despite no notifications or updates, the product was not delivered on the scheduled date. I waited for two weeks, only to be told week after week that it would arrive soon. Finally, I received an email stating that the product was defective and would not be shipped. Instead, they offered me alternative products with so-called discounts.
This company is unreliable and a complete waste of time. Avoid at all costs.

I recently bought an air conditioner from EP: Tummers. I placed my order in the evening and the next morning they called me to arrange a delivery time. The employee was friendly and courteous. I also recieved a confirmation e-mail afterwards. 15 minutes before the delivery driver arrived, the driver personally called to inform me that he was almost at my house. The driver was very friendly and handled my package with care. The air conditioner was exactly what I ordered and undamaged.
